I've just upped the intensity of my routine, for both length and girth, and now my little guy's a bit sore. My ligs are sore as hell, which I know is a good thing but should I give them a day off or two or just keep tuggin? And the inside of my guy feels a little painful at times, I think its due to the massive increase in time spent on girth. I train length everyday and girth everyother, but I'm wondering if these signs are telling be to take some extra days off to let everything heal up, or should I just keep pullin and squeezin to reach my gains? I have a really hard time gaining length and girth, maybe because I push too hard or because I dont push hard enough. Any opinions on this would be greatly apprieciated. Thanks
 
I would not take time off unless your are actually either experiencing pain or a loss in the quality of your erections. You never want actual pain, soreness and fatigue are ok.
 
Its probably you dont push hard enough, I mean look at DLD he got where he is now ( ahem.... HUGE as F**K) from pulling and squeezing his thing 7 days a week and many hours a day. I personally dont think time is needed off from Penis Enlargement unless you come to long and hard to break plateau. KEep goin$length!!!
 
Good for the advice guys, I think this may have been a problem of mine in the past. As soon as I started getting fatigued I backed off because I was afraid I'd hurt something. I'll stick to this new routine of mine like clock work.

P.S. You guys know off any kick ass lig stretches? I've been doing two handed btc(thanks still!) and footlong stretches. They kick ass but I'd like to add some different ones to keep it interesting and keep myself motivated.

I have been experiencing soreness mainly from stretching and when i do some of my jelqs 100% erect. Most of my soreness is from stretching though especially when i stretch straight downward but it's okay i hope. I will continue to stretch because when i stop for one day i get lazy so i won't stop.
 
A slight sorenes is good... it means that you're really working the tissues and ligs. I think that this is the state that you'd want to be in, at least that's how i feel. Fatigue is what will cause tissues and ligs to stretch and expand.
 
I get a little pain from hanging....always have.
I normally back off when I get pain from exercises or pumping.
 
My girth sessions since re-starting my 'girth attack', have been giving me very good expansion/stretching feelings. Very intense in fact. I fight the feeling to back down and push on anyway.
 
I definately have to agree with you guys about stretching with sore ligs. The last 3 days it takes me about a minute or two of stretching to be able to go full power but once i do its great. My post workout flacids gotta be close to 6 which is bigger than my nbpel. My normal hang seems to be doin better and instead of being really short but fat after a good girth workout its long and fat. Great advice guys!
 
I was very sore from hanging last week.
This week i am still sore but i continue to do it, still not as sore as i was last week though. Been doing this for about 2 months now and i am noticing gains in length and width. I will keep on doing it.

Pain is a very big word when it comes to Penis Enlargement. For me it gets broken down into 2 main areas, good pains and bad pain. Bad pains by my definition is pain that is sharp and/or shooting that may or may not be accompanied by bleeding, loss of sensitivity or a marked difference in erection quality or shape (see Peyronie's Disease) These are all signs that the penis has experienced blunt trauma and all Penis Enlargement and sexual activity should be stopped immediately and seek medical attention.

Good Pain is much different than it's counterpart. It is a dull, aching soreness. It can feel itchy from micro-stretch marks in the skin. It can be felt deep in the penile tissue and/or at the base of the penis radiating upward as high as the abdomen. This pain or soreness comes from deforming the penile tissue, smooth muscle, tunica and ligaments and this is completely normal and in many people expected. Since the penis is not a muscle (even though there is smooth muscle present) the rules of body building do not apply in the sense that rest is needed. The penis makes it's best length gains when it is in a completely fatigued state and pushing through this fatigue and soreness is where much of the Penis Enlargement gaining lay.
