Hear me out before you jump on me saying what a stupid question: There are many instances and stories of people on this forum, normally some of the mods and big gainers said that they would Penis Enlargement loads hours at a time per day, Two Penis Enlargement workouts twice a day, hang, pump etc., and often times would do some sort of Penis Enlargement work in between, and yet with all of the people saying overtraining is bad and will hinder your gains, those guys still gained a shitload. My question is is Penis Enlargement'ing a lot bad for you? If overtraining actually hinders your gains, What are we defining as 'overtraining' and what are some signs of the overtraining that will definitely hinder your gains? Is it as slight as soreness or as extreme as injury. Where is the line? Thanks heaps
