Hear me out before you jump on me saying what a stupid question: There are many instances and stories of people on this forum, normally some of the mods and big gainers said that they would Penis Enlargement loads hours at a time per day, Two Penis Enlargement workouts twice a day, hang, pump etc., and often times would do some sort of Penis Enlargement work in between, and yet with all of the people saying overtraining is bad and will hinder your gains, those guys still gained a shitload. My question is is Penis Enlargement'ing a lot bad for you? If overtraining actually hinders your gains, What are we defining as 'overtraining' and what are some signs of the overtraining that will definitely hinder your gains? Is it as slight as soreness or as extreme as injury. Where is the line? Thanks heaps
 
thank god for your first sentence cause I was going to mention that LMAO. Just like anything that can be measured is relative. overtraining is a relative term. Honest to god when I first started to Penis Enlargement I would go 15-20 min and turtle and this happened for the first few weeks.

Over time I could go for an hour with none of that.So to me anything over 15-20 min was overtraining at that time(You see where im going with this?). The big gainers assume newbies have not done to many Penis Enlargement workout so why risk them doing alot and risking injury and never believing the gains they can make.

What ever your penis can handle, do it. Anything over that over a extended time will lead to overtraining but find that perfect spot for yourself. I have done Penis Enlargement work any where from 2-5 hours some days and had no signs of overtraining but im not going to tell a newbie to try that now am I? So If you can do it then its not overtraining. Remember its a relative term.

EXAMPLE:
If I go to the gym and Im Squatting 400 and only get 4 reps to me thats "heavy". but the guy next to me that can get that 12 times its a moderate weight.
 
To add to what Girth Hammer said, sometimes the question of overtraining depends on just what your definition of overtraining happens to be.
If you have been making good, consistent gains over a period of time then decide to suddenly double your intensity or duration...and injure yourself...well, that's a pretty good working definition of overtraining.

But if you don't injure yourself, and continue to make gains and keep that doubled routine then you may be "overtraining" by the numbers but doing just fine by the results. Somebody else might look at your routine and say, "Dude ! you're way overtraining...bad!!" But if all you're deriving is gain then their over is your optimal .

I think that each of us has to individually find just what our "overtraining threshold" might be.
 
I am relatively new, but i had the same questions as you and this is how i handled it. Now im back on track and making gains. What i did was i went by erection quality.. i took a few days off pe and only did 2 sessions a day of jelqing and edging and kegels... this increased my erection quality to what i now consider a 9/10 - 10/10.... then i began introducing girth and stretching exercises with one of the sessions in the morning.. at night i would still jelq/edge and i would see where my eq is,,, usually it would drop a bit,, but then by morning if my EQ was back to full again ( as it usually was) then i would do another session.. if it wasnt i would do it on the next day

Anyways now i can do it at least once every day but some days i recover by evening and im good to go again...

I dont know if this is the best way to gain or not, but Trust me the one thing you dont want is lowered erection quality due to overtraining or otherwise,, its not as fun or motivating
 
You also have to add in years of Penis Enlargement, and fast gainers before you assume its them overtraining that gives gains. The human body protects you from stress. people are obsessed with the "break it down,build it up" principal I think that stems from muscle building. That is more false than anything. I can attest that some times less is more what ever you stress you body will make stronger to the best of its abilities. If it cant it will stay in that weaken state.

Sad to tell the truth but the bodies protection make up will make shore we dont gain rapidly. We damage the penis with Penis Enlargement and we are program to return back to normal. So the body we make shore are tissues are stronger so everytime you Penis Enlargement the less it damages the tissue as a side effect the tissue get bigger.

Once you stress it your body will repair it back to normal or depending on the persons genes it will get stronger than before. many believe we are all born with the ability to get stronger and bigger cause others are. Genes determine all that. 8incHydromaxike is someone I have PM for advice and he has told me he does 3-20 minute session a week and his gains are great.
 
Overtraining length is really not an issue with me, I can train length 24 hours a day and still gain but girth is a different story. I find training once per day for 30-40 minutes is plenty and the following 24 hours is my rest period.

Hi DLD,

I gotta ask, if you do intense tunica stretches, say even many times a day, a few days straight... that the tissues dont get tired and doesnt come to full erection as quickly? and by full erections i mean a 9-10/10... or if your EQ drops to say a 6-7,, you thinks thats ok and that its not true overtraining?
 
I'd really appreciate it if someone could give me some specific signs of overtraining.
Ive hit a long plateau that I cant seem to get out of, and overtraining may be the cause.
After doing manual stretches and jelqing for a total of about a 30-40 minute workout(basically just the newbie routine), I try to edge and find it hard to get an erection and have to put in some effort to get erect.
However, I always thought this was just because I had just tired my penis out pretty badly and figured it was normal and a sign of a good workout--could this be a sign of overtraining?
Also, sometimes when I go to take a piss three to four hours after my workout, I notice my penis has turtled pretty bad and is somewhat shriveled--could this be a sign of overtraining or is this just due to an intense workout?
Conversely, what would be some signs that someone is NOT overtraining?
--maybe if its easy to get an erection when trying to edge at the end of a workout?
--maybe if you notice a fuller, lower hanging penis a few hours later?

I really just dont know if Im doing too much or too little at this point(is it possible that the newbie routine can even be too much??), its hard to tell if my penis is worn out from a good workout, or pissed off at me for working it too hard--please help!
 
The human body can adapt to almost any kind of stress. When you hear of guys training for long periods, it's usually because they've built up to their impressive workloads.

IMO, training for many hours a day, nearly everyday isn't the best use of your time since a briefer, more intense routine can usually yield better results.
 
My gauge for over training is the bone pressed measurement, like BPenis EnlargementL or BPFSL. If it decreases any (as I measure every week) I know that I'm overtraining. For me less is more.

To double up on what big al said. You grow from intensity not how much time passing from start to finish. Lets say you stretch daily for 45 minutes now. And I say lets cut that down to 20 minutes and put all your effort into making those 20 minutes count for each second that passes, you will have had a more intense session this way.

The same in weight lifting, Guys in the gym rely so much on those marathon session for each bodypart. If you go in with your tunnel vision and your mind set is to beat your previous workout with INTENSITY no way in hell can you be training that long.

I only say this cause I have been one of the many to jump into LONG ASS Penis Enlargement session in hopes of rapid gains. what did I get from that: POOR EQ, wasted time, and no gains at all. I dont want another guy to end up like me wasting so much time I could of been gaining. Best of luck.

i hate when people do that. my friend always wants me to workout with him, but i always say no. mainly because he spends 3 hours in there using every machine he can like a dumbass, and he refuses to listen to me when i tell him he can do everything he needs with a 45 minute workout. the other problem is that he always wants to smoke before we go too, which makes him work harder but just makes me want to sit down and laugh at everybody in the gym :p

well we just picked up like a pound yesterday so yea i'm sure he would lol. i smoke more than almost anyone i know just because he gives me so much for free

that's a waste to me. after my first few blunts i stop getting high. i like taking it slow and doing bowl hits so i can maintain my high all day. i seriously wish i could stop for a few weeks, but i've got bad temper issues and weed is the only thing that keeps me from fucking up A LOT of people on a day to day basis LMAO
 
Back to the topic. I think when you use the word "overtraining" you are shooting yourself in the feet. That means your doing to much and you cant handle it. Making it more intense is a whole different story. When you say overtrain you make it sound as if you want to push yourself to a point of doing too much.

You need to understand as temping as it is to just say "lets add more to my session" you have to remember dont grow when you Penis Enlargement, you grow in the time in between sessions. When you Penis Enlargement you take a step back, Your body will heals you foward a step and another step to overcomp for next time its stressed. If you go to hard your penis will condition its self to only return back to normal cause it needs to be ready for your next intense session.

I can weight train the same muscle group daily and it will grow over time but for my selfish reasons of over-doing it I will miss out on alot of gains. You can look at sports where they use the same muscle groups daily as in ice skating(legs),male gymnastics(shoulders),etc. these people have impressive muscles in those areas but it was a very slow and steady growth. Now if they were to rest those muscle groups the growth would be alot quicker.

I have overtrained in the past and I will tell you what a waste of time.That just lead to poor EQ, and no gains! Now I Penis Enlargement every other day with a short,intense session and gains are very visable over a short period of time.
