The problem I have that I'm suffered with low erection quality and my scrotum rise up each time when I go to toilet, do exercises, play football...etc. Do you know what the problem is and do you think would I need to have an operation to solve the problem?

Give us more information on your ED and everything. :)

I don't know what more information you want to know about my ED as I have already give you the enough information?

It's still not exactly clear that you have erectile dysfunction. Are you in fact unable to get a good erection for sex and/or masturbation?
It's normal for the scrotum to shrink when exposed or during activity. Did your scrotum start doing this after doing PE exercises?

Wearing an extender for more than an hour is not necessarily a problem. Did you experience any pain or physical signs of injury when you wore the "geneticists" (I assume you mean the sizegenetics extender)?

If you truly have had a change in the function and performance of your penis since April 2013 caused by using an extender, then you should seek some medical attention because it hasn't healed itself. We still a lot more specifics to get an idea of what may be going on.

This is a big part of it but there are also many other reasons. Right now I am in good hands and I am getting the best treatment possible. It lis very expensive but I wanted to get better so I could be here for the Brotherhood and my Family in a better state of mind. Things are looking up for me but I have not conquered it completely. If I continue to get well I should be back in less than 2 weeks. I can get on the forum 2 times a day for an hour each so I will try to keep everyone updated. Keep me in your prayers! That's what I do every day brother, don't worry, MOS is getting bigger, we have a reputation of great site, and that's about it, you focus on your treatment, we're gonna focus on brothers who need help :)
 
Try some mediation where you control your breathing along with some Tai Chi, yoga, or AI gong. I also drink a erection tea everyday which contains a tablesppoon of natural unpasterised honey, teaspoon of Ginger into some green or black tea. I also try to stay away. From sugar and proccessed unhealthy food.

Also you can add some jogging and body exercises to turn up the blood and start to circulate, it will help you not just in PE but for overall health, you'll sleep better, your mood will increase in positive way, quit smoking ASAP and drinking...
 
Also don't over masterbate I actually lost erect length from over masterbating. I mean you can masterbate but don't over cum. I never cummed for 2 days and I got the .25 length back and a harder erection! I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have seen a few guys really who have really come through since my time being so short. I am amazed at how much my Brothers here have learned. It makes me so happy that you guys are helping out so much. I usually get worried when I have to go away but this time I see so many great posters taking up the slack. Thank you so much, in doing what you are doing you are helping me heal. I am able to get the most of my new therapies knowing my baby (MOS) is being takes care of so well.
 
D just curious but how is the process you are going trough what are the things you have noticed they have changed.

The biggest thing was taking better care of myself. Eating breakfast, lunch and dinner, taking regular showers, getting up earlier in the day and going to sleep on time to get enough rest. I have also taken up daily Yoga classes which is helping me to become more centered. I have also been going to groups that specialize in depression and recovery from it. I am also having my medication tweaked and adjusted. There is so much I am doing and it is definitely helping. It is very expensive, over $1000 a day, but my insurance is helping out with the bills. I am feeling better everyday and hope to be home soon.

The lessons I am learning I will teach the forum. If we can all find better ways to avoid depression our lives would be so much better. It is a struggle and I am being put through some serious cognitive exercises. In the end, I know I will conquer this and I will bring the lessons to Brotherhood. I never do anything in vein!
