Hi guys,

I need some basic help with my penis. I guess that I must have been suffered with a poor circulation, because I'm suffered with erectile dysfunction, it will make my penis to pull back to make it like a small cock and it will also make my scrotum sack to lift up that swell and I get a cold reaction to my glans when I go to the toilet or do in normal things like doing exercises, go out for run, play football, fix cars....etc.

When I tried to stretch my penis used DLD's sizegenetics super sets, I have a brown on my glans so I guess that I must have been suffered with a poor circulation. Do you know why I have a brown on my glans and do you know what the problem could be?

Are there anything I can do to improve the circulation to reduce the swelling in my scrotum sack, to avoid my penis to pull back and restore my erection?

If not should I go and see the urology to get it to sort it out?

Badboy 2011, Erectile dysfunction can have many possible causes. We need some more information to give you good advice.
In what situations or environments does your penis pull back and scrotum rise up? All the time or is there specific situations that happens?
How old are you?
When did this problem start? Or has it always been there?
Did the ED start before or after doing the PE exercises?
If this has gone on for a while getting a urologist's opinion might be a good idea.
 
Well man, this is something different I think. The definition of ED (Erectile Dysfunction) is "The regular inability of a man to achieve an erection firm enough to take part in sexual intercourse". What you describe above "my penis to pull back to make it like a small cock and it will also make my scrotum sack to lift up that swell and I get a cold reaction to my glans when I go to the toilet or do in normal things like doing exercises, go out for run, play football, fix cars....etc." is an absolutely normal reacot of tyhe human body to any kind of stress. I get that as well- whenever you are exposed to a ceratin amount of stress (such as exercise (which includes football, jogging, and everything you've said above) or anything that requires you to use your strength (I guess fixing a car fits here perfectly)), the body needs to send blood to the muscles so the stress can be dealt with properly (the muscles function better the more blood they contain). The definition of ED is what I mentioned above and what you're experiencing (or at least what I've read) is just a normal thing I think. Now, there are other things that are possible as well- the reason why you have ED (if you do) might be due to the fact that your blood flow to the penis is poor (which would mean that your body can not send blood to the penis properly, which would lead to extreme levels of turtling during any kind of stress). Give us more information on your ED and everything. :)
 
try 1 cup boiled milk with aspharagus....
or
crush almond with warm milk , ginger powder, cardomom powder , saffron.....mix these and drink every morning

therse are good for your penis

for blood circulation i i know many--ginger , garlic , green tea, beet root, pomegrenade , ginko biloba, avocadoes, watermelon, goi berries etc.....these are foods that improve circulation and the best is EXERCISE

poor blood circulation effects the penis in a terrible way,the penis get shrunk and rubbery that fuking sucks,i think exercising and moving get the blood the circulating faster and better,Being a grower is not a good thing,specially when cold water is near hahha

ya but i grow many herbs that are healthy for me....aloe vera, lemon grass, ashwagandha, arbee etc bet root and i have a farm where i grow a few vegetables...but the monkeys eat most of them....lol

Zam can you give a feedback and review about the lengthmaster in every exercises ....like can you make a thread with your review ?? for example ..explaining how you feel when trying internal stretching with it or doing behind the cheeks with it..

Yes, I could do that! I would take some time to figure it out 100% though.. :)

That is great news! I will only be able to give a couple hours a day for the next few weeks so I could use all the help I can get. When I come back I will be in a much better place. I am trying to get the depression under control and this is why I can't be around as much.
