Hey guys

How permanent do you think gains from clamping are? Would you think that clamping gains are only permanent if you clamp every day?

My dick gets fucking THICK from clamping, and usually the whole next day after a session, my cock looks pretty big, but due to the harsh discoloration, it's not something I want to do every day. But I feel if I do not clamp every day, whatever gains I make will dissipate. Like it's 2 steps foward, 2 steps back.

I usually clamp when I'm not in the mood to jelq. Perhaps if I were to alternate between jelqing and clamping, my gains would be more likely to "stick"? Like jelq one day, clamp the next and so on. What do you think?

After a good session with my clamp, my dick usually looks like Tucan Sam's fuckin beak. Normal fleshtone at the base, then above were the clamp was is a darker, almost purple tone which extends along the rest of my penis along with a section of my sac as well.

I've found that if I clamp one day, then jelq the next, it helps to dissapate this weird discoloration (which is BOUND to get curious questions from women who see it). It just sucks because clamping totally makes my dick fatter than jelqing does.
 
Like I always say and I will say it again.
If you stick to a routine consistently with dedication and allow time you will see permanent gains.
I'm living proof that clamping aka constriction results in permanent gains.
I dont do much pe nowadays but soon will be back into action when back from holiday which I go on tommorow but I aint lost any of my gains.
All I lost was 1/2 inch girth which was not cemented and I didnt work hard enough to cement that and I went from 7.5 inches to the current late 6 inch range girthwise.

I would advise you to do clamping and pumping alongwith manuel methods.
For two nights this week I've done pumping than clamped wet jelqs and it was SUPenis EnlargementRB and really great and with consistency it would yield a massive penis.
If you have a extender such as a vimax than use that as it will work better from a clamp or pump session from my experiences.

Here's a example routine for you.......

10 mins pumping
10 mins clamped wet jelqs with horse sqeezes, TOW stretches and whatever else you want to do manuelly.
10 mins pumping
10 mins clamped wet jelqs with horse sqeezes, TOW stretches and whatever else you want to do manuelly.


Afterwards get into the extender for at least 2 hours either in X2 one hour sessions or all at once, it works well after this type of session.
This is what I will be doing when I get back from hoildays and I have success in that area in the past already.
 
I think clampin should be done after jelgin, and some manual girth work. You probly can get gains from just clampin but in my opinion just like pumpin it helps with pe and should be done with a good manual exercise workout. Just my opinion though

Most of what I know about clamping I learned from reading Bib's writings on the subject. I'm not sure, but I don't think he mentions doing any kind of exercises while wearing a clamp, or "Uli thing". It seems to me that he got his gains just from being in the clamp for enough total time. "Time under pressure" or something like that... I wish he would comment on this.

What I'm saying is, let's say I start a clamp routine for today. This is how it goes usually:
I break all my clamp time down to 10 or 15 minute sets. The first set there isn't all that much expansion. Some, but not a lot. But by the 5th, 6th, and 7th sets of 10 minutes, my cock is fucking huge. And that's all I do. Just put on the clamp and forget it for 12 minutes or so... no bends or jelqs or anything.

I'm just wondering if this is all I really need in order to grow. If my cock is thicker after each set, then it must be doing something to my penis.

The only problem is, after a full session of this my cock is a hell of a lot bigger, but it is also kinda sore, purplish, and there's a little fluid buildup which eventually goes away. I would imagine that doing any kind of jelqing would only intensify these negative side effects and bring them on much quicker.

Now, the day after my clamp session, my flaccid is hanging pretty nice and heavy, but it is still a little sore, a little bloated in weird areas, and a little darker in color than normal. This is an intense exercise, and it doesnt seem wise to put my dick through this kind of thing on a daily basis, but if I wait till my dick is completely "healed" to clamp again, it seems as if whatever residual thickness I had gained has dissipated, and now I gotta start all over again.

Like I said, 2 steps foward, 2 steps back. That's why I was wondering if clamping results were permanent. It doesn't seem very good for your dick to be doing this often enough to "build" on recently gained gains.

I mean, I only have one cock. It would be the ultimate irony to ruin it while in the process of self-improvement.

So what do you think?
 
With any type of girth exercise the daily exercises will be a temporary gain but your goal is the compounded efforts that will produce permanent girth over time. It can be really frustrating when you gain a half inch after a session only to see it disappear before the next. Girth , for me, what difficult at first, but when I stopped looking for gains to stick from temp. efforts time flew and the girth stayed for good.

Exactly, if people are gonna get fucked up over not gaining how they want then they are not going to last in this game. Penis Enlargement takes time but in my case it paid off with over double my dick but it did take some time and work.

Actually if you take into account how much your penis volume and weight has increased you probably have at least triple if not quadruple the dick now. Course your name is double LONG Daddy, but still its cool to think about just how insane the gaining is. :s

I haven't done anything pe in over 2 weeks and today I measured 5 1/8 midshaft started at 4 1/2.

Every day I put my hand around it in a sort of disbelief expecting it to have shrunk back to its origional size.
 
anyone got any advice for me, ive been clamping for probably near a year now, and i've only gained about 1/8", which i consistently lose and gain back...dont know what the hell is going on
 
try something else less stressful than clamping. Maybe just do basic jelqs. I mean it can't hurt. A year long of wet jelqs should give you at least .25 inch of girth I'd think. Search the forums for girth exercises and pick like 2 or 3 and do those along with some jelqs.
 
Clamping works, I have the gains to prove it.
On its own it works and with other exercises and combined with exercises...for me anyways. However like everything too much is not a good thing so change your routine often. ATM I will soon be dong pumping than constricted wet jelqs and bends than pumping again followed by the constricted stuff. I intend to than go inside the Auto extender when I get one in december after the session for a few hours once the routine has ended....I tried something similer in the past and it went awesome.
