Oh its nothing like steroids. It does help with libido and energy though. I´ve taken it during times when I´ve been tired.
 
My sleep is always good due to the medications I take. Someday I would love to get off of these meds completely. It has been so long, like 20 years, since I have been on them. I sometimes wonder what life would be like off of them.

Great question and one I will pose to my therapist. Here is what I am thinking; I have been on these meds for 20 years and every year, just after Christmas, I end up in the hospital. So the medication seems like it is working but then when December wraps up all the mental shit comes back, and I am still taking the meds. I f my disorder is seasonal and identical year after year do I really need to be on these meds? That is my approach for my visit on Wednesday.

You should test this. Perhaps you can try 1 month and see. Just make sure not to fall into believing that medication is everything. Testing may not help and you should definitely talk to someone about it first.

One of the medications takes 6 months to wean off or I could go into mania or a deep depression. The others I could get off as quickly as a month. Fears I have are about sleep, depression, what it is going to be like without meds??? I have no clue cause I have been doped up for 20 years.

my eq sux, just wondering if it may be hindering my gains.

These are some things that seem to help me with girth exercises:

1) Do your girth routine only 3-5 times per week. This has more to do with your arousal than anything. If sexually active, wait until your refractory period is complete and you have some EQ.

2) Don't do your girth routine immediately after your length routine. The trauma of a length routine and some of the desensitization it brings will inhibit good EQ. Wait 6-12 hours.

3) Make sure do to the SSJs. I may be the only one, but I prefer to only have about 60% EQ during this exercise. 60% allows the ability to squeeze and gently bend/roll the middle of the penis by holding each end. If you use a flexible tape to measure during the SSJ, you'll find that during that exercise you could very well be getting +.50" expansion.

4) Wear a ring for about an hour afterwards. Even though you will be soft, the ring helps me hold my EG in a flaccid state.

Interesting. How long have you been pumping and how much girth gains have you made?
