I am starting out with a routine like this. From my reading this seems like a solid way to start. I would appreciate any input, as I am new to this.
Warm up with rice sock for 10 min

Stretches left, right, up, down each one for a bout 30 seconds. I do helicopter swings swings clockwise and counter clockwise after each stretch, followed by rotating stretches both clock and counter clockwise

I then get semi erect and use a bath mate (not at full pressure) for about 7-min I do about 25 5 second hold Kegals when I drop pressure in bath mate

3 sets (50-regular jelqs, 30- v jelqs at about 60% erect) 2-3 seconds each

Warm wash cloth for 10 min with more Kegals.

I then either put on my sizegenetics at 1200g for an hour or perform an edging session with a flashlight for 30-45min before putting in size genetics.

should I be doing this 5 days on 2 off? Could I add some light training on 2 off days? Does this routine seem like it would begood for a newbie. I have done this for a week now and have about 8 sessions under my belt and it seems like I am hanging a little bigger. I plan to measure April, 1st to see if any change in erection size.

Goal size: 9 BPEL, 6.1 MEG, 6.5 BEG

It’s routine looks pretty good and I’m glad you’re starting to see changes already. as far as rest goes I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

Thanks for the response DLD, I’ve been doing a lot of research on this over the last month, and stumbled on some videos of yours. It was inspirational. I’ve always wanted to ask why you think that doctors completely write off the possibility of natural penis enlargement?

Yeah I’m going to achieve my goals. I have all the confidence that if I commit everyday to it I can get my dream size. I told one of my friends about this and he thought I was insane, but that’s ok.

Thanks dld I will be transitioning into the routine that you sent me from this one. As I think my dick can handle more intensity! what are your thoughts on edging sessions post girth workout with a cock ring on?
{side note}
I was in the bathroom and one of my friends asked me how big my dick was this has never happened to me haha. My flaccid hang seems longer and thicker only 10 days in so that’s a good sign I think.
 
Yes you want to wear your cock ring directly after your girth work out so you can keep your pumped state around as Long as possible.
