3 weeks after starting Bathmate I'm able to hit AND maintain 190 with no pain/discomfort


Hopefully this means I'm gonna start getting some gains, soon!

it sounds good you found a new max measure. But with a nice overview you can easy monitor size improvements. And find out what works best.

My starting measurements were varied but roughly

5.5 inch nbpel
4.5 inch mid erect girth

Routine is simply 20 minutes MINIMUM Bathmate per day, usually get around 30 mins. Take days of usually after 3-4days non stop pumping.

Measured my mid erect girth today, about 85% erect and was 4.8 inch!

I'm 6" NBPenis EnlargementL for sure. Even if I measure pessimistically.
I can't get past 150 in the Bathmate however yet.

Where did you start in the Bathmate? Maybe this is normal for the first couple of sessions.
 
I am actually about 5.7 - 5.9 nbpel (varies) but in the Bathmate I try to stay at about 185 (7.3) for about 20 mins per session.
Why? Is that unusual?

Ya im just under 6 Bpel and I wish I could get 160! My long term Bathmate goal is to hit 190. 6 inches is approx 152 mm. I was thinking to hit 190 to 200 should be somewhere around 7.5 to 8 inches.

It's not only a couple of sessions. It's nearly everyday for 3.5 weeks.

Maybe you need to push yourself harder, because as soon as I'm in I can pump to 160 straight away. Then I push it to 180 after 5 mins...

I go in completely flaccid everytime
 
Yeah I'm 7.25 BPenis EnlargementL and I barely break 190! Thats crazy! Maybe my problem lies in the fact that I use the X-40 though.. So there is a lot of extra room in there for me haha. BUT I still get incredible expansion!
 
Hi, when I started with the Bathmate My penile length was 5.5 in bpel, then (inside of the Bathmate i could reach up to 170 by the end of the 18th minute) now, I've been doing exercises and what not, and I can reach up to 187, almost 90, and my lenght is 6.7 bpel. of course it's been like 5 months, but everyday I get 1 step closer to my goal (7.5 bpel, 5.0 girth).
Special tip, whenever you can, do some girth exercises, use the Bathmatefor 10 minutes max presure, take some supplements and head towards the gym.
I usually run for 40 minutes 6.0 to 7.0 mph, but hey, whatever floats your boat is allright. then do weight trainning for 30 to 45 mins. and by the end of the day, while you're taking a shower, you'll know as to why
this is my special routine. good luck.
 
sirkyle how long did you use your Bathmate? i was at like 14-15 when i started. and now im going to 17 with ease and maxing at 18.5 your cock has some accustomating to do
 
I think all penises respond differently.. i hit 170 for the first time lastnight... ive had my Bathmate for almost a month and for the first week i couldnt break 150 no matter how hard i tried... but im happy as hell to see a lil progress.. i think even though all penises respond at different levels, the bottom line is they respond..
 
I agree with the guy who says that most penises respond differently towards P.E, the first time i used the Bathmate I couldn't break 160 either. 3 days after i reacher 170, 5 days after 180, and now I'm almost at 190 (which is awesome, you know?) but I seem have gotten stuck there, I don't seem to be going any further, yet, Regarding my girth, there's this exercise I found in this forum about using cable clamps at the penis shalft while keeping an erection of about 85%, afterwards use a small flat surface like, a piece of wood (it has to be thin) and place your penis on top of it, with one of your hands press your penis against the flat surface, and you'll notice your penis' head getting huge, that's a good sign, after, squeeze the head and at the same time keep on pushing your penis from the top against the rectangular piece of wood you're using as a base (reccomended to do this while sitting up and placing the wood on your lap) you can use the fingers of the hand you're using to apply presure against the wooden surface to create even more pressure, just place your fingers underneath the object and press harder, do it for 5 to 10 minutes, take a break of 10 to 15 secs and do it again, if you're a newbie at this, do 3 sets of 15 mins, which means, every 15 mins, remove the cable clamp at the bottom of your penis for at least 30 seconds, then go again, the tissues of your penis will expand to the sides, which will give you a thicker penis, widewise. (no, this will not make your penis look flat like a burger, I've heard this ludicrous statements before..) once you're done with that, go in the bathtub and use the Bathmate (max presure) for 10 mins, then do whatever you want. (don't get drunk or your exercise would mean..Hydromaxm.. nothing -.-! ) I personally reccomend you to go to the gym, or do any kind of physical activity to keep the blood flowing towards your penis, and if you take supplements for a faster recovery, even better. that rich blood will keep on flowing down there continuously, which I guarantee, will give you fast results (do this for 3 weeks, and you win't regret it), if i get to find the threat with the specific instructions on how to use the flat surface and the cable clamps with images again, I'll post it in here. I made a few modifications to it though, instead of making a sandwich with 2 wooden surfaces and my penis in the middle, i use my hand, that way I can control how much pressure I want to apply, for how long, and without having to detach the second piece of wood or whatever I'm using as a support. alright, I found it. in this forum, look for this. "Shane Diesel & Shorty mac width secret exposed!" + once you're done with it, Bathmate for 10 mins only, to avoid liquid retention and repeat the entire procedure once again, the next day.

I'm close to 6 nbel and I've only used my Bathmate a few times but always get to 170 sometimes a little over. I think with consistency I'll be able to max out the X-40 in a few months. I do a lot of manuel stretching I think that plays a big role.
