Hey guys!

I'm about to get into extending.

I just have a few questions. What are the best hangers out there to by? and can I use the hanger with an extender and a bathmate?

Another question is what is the best extender I keep seeing people recommend X4 Labs or Quick Extender Pro. My last question is what products / excercises should I buy and do for the fastest and best gains. (multiple product uses per day)

Theres various hangers you can make one like the one I use which is the Snake Hanger and you could buy all the parts on ebay for about 15 bucks. You could also go and buy yourself a hanger like the hanger, it is a good option cost about 50 bucks I have not personally used it but it looks good and a lot of our members have used it plus its creator stillwantmore is a senior member on this forum and will give you feedback on your progess if you ask. It functions as a hanger and its method of hanging is "compression" just like the hangers I mentioned before so in that way is similar. But it is much more than a hanger, it allows you to attach your penis to it in order to do powerful manual stretches that would otherwise be very hard on your hands. With the Length Master you can push with both hands and do stretches like bundles which are very tough to do with your hands, you can also just go ahead and use its power assist to get fulcrum stretches in.

But yeah for length I wouldn't recommend the extender as a standalone method, you would have to put in a lot of ours (4-6 hours) a day to see results. And they probably would not be as great results as you would see with manuals, hanging or Length Master. However if you combine the extender with anyone of these other methods then its magic, it works great especially for healing. By the way if you are thinking "oh its ok I can wear the extender for 6 hours at work" nope hell no, first of you will be walking like a cowboy. The thing will be very noticeable unless you wear very baggy pants and you have to reapply for circulation every hour, not to mention if you are doing active stretching then you should be in under a considerable amount of tension which really is not optimal if you need to concentrate. So you will be probably using this around your house swinging the thing left and right naked wearing socks. As far as which extender brand is best, I had the size genetics and that's the only one Ive tried. I am not sure if there is much difference between brands, it is a fairly simple contraption so idk really if the brand matters but I can't say I only had Size Genetics. If you want a true all day stretcher consider the Phallosan Forte.

As far as girth goes, the Bathmate is famous in these forums. I haven't personally used it but a lot of people get great results from it so that would be a safe bet, I am sure a couple members will chime in on its effectiveness real soon. Remember girth and length complement each other, so when you gain length you gain girth. That being said whats the fastest way to gain size? Well most would say attack girth and length at the same time using different techniques And by same time I don't mean same day, although you could do that if you did length workout first and then girth, but what I mean is in the same week/month. Don't make the mistake of waiting to gain desired length to then do girth and live 2 years with a pencil dick.

All this equipment and information may seem a little daunting at first but check out the SRT thread, this is the most effective routine for penis enlargement out there and it will show you how all of this comes together. And remember the most important tool you have at your disposal is this forum, be active and start a journal in the routines/progress section to get feedback.

Lengthmaster has hanging option.

For extenders you can use any other device if you wish to use it just make sure its not too much intensity for you.

It won't be, its gonna be 3lbs max if he is able to put it on appropriately. The extender has a bit of a learning curve, there's a couple of tricks you can do and ways to put it on that can increase the intensity.

You can check out the Size Genetics forum for this, but honestly I would use it mostly for healing purposes and stretch some other way.

The Size Genetics or any extender, does lend itself for active stretching. However for a guy like yourself who does 2 hours of stretching and has been doing it for some time now, you would really be wanting the extender to heal extended rather than active stretching.

So maybe the PF or ace bandage is a better choice for you.

The Phallosan is an active and passive tool. It can be used with certain intensity for active gains and passive intensity for healing. It is also the only device that can be worn to bed.

Definitely, the reason why I see it as a strong tool for healing extended is because you can wear it to bed. You do your routine, go to bed and thats it you get a good 5-7 hours of healing.

You cannot use an extender and also hang, you will fall off such type of routine. It is not even advisable. Get yourself a Silistretcher, it is far better than all the extender right now. You can use the SiliStretcher in combination with the newbie routine.
