Hi guys :) I need people with experience in gaining length to chime in and advise me as to what is the best routine to follow/do including how many days per week,time for routine,how many sets and so on

Well what have you tried so far? I noticed you have gained some good length already.

The best routine is SRT, no other routine delivers as fast as SRT. You should browse through the thread as it gives methodology, gaining, healing and motivational help. It also gives an incredible workout. Check it out and let me know what you think or if you have any questions.

everything.Manual stretching,hanging,extender. while I have gained some nice length,I am no where near the mental image I have of my ideal penis which includes more length! my problem is I cannot come up with a routine and follow it,I find it easier to follow a routine written by others

Ok here is what I did the other day.


AM

Length master
5 minutes bundled left
5 minutes bundled right
Newbie routine 1 minute each
Elevated BTC 1 minute each
Into
Hanging
5lbs for 30 minutes
ACE wrap throughout day with manual stretching when I'm able to

Lunch
Hanging 15 minutes
Newbie routine
ACE wrap

PM length work
LM bundled
5 minutes each side
Hanging 30 minutes
Phallason for 8 hours


You can change the sets or intensity or whatever part.
 
Use the length master daily for 1 hour doing:

20 mins Downward Bundled Stretches

20 mins Downward Bundled Stretches

20 mins Downward Bundled Stretches

You will surely gain within 90 days.

Yes sir any stretching work is done with the LM besides when in the shower which is manual work.

So happy you are using your LM for all stretches! That is what it is for and your gains will be awesome. Remember the special stretches that only the LM can do; Rolls and Twists. I hope this routine brings you the gains you desire. I will be watching over you :)

Appreciate it brother! Ill have to look into the rolls and twists as I've 2nd we find them before.
 
Downward bundled stretches too. It is a very powerful exercise trust me.

One of the most powerful stretches! Bundled with the LM downward is some serious stretching.

Maybe its because I have a small penis but where should the LM be for stretches. More to the front of the head? Because where I've been placing it I'm only able to get 3/4 turn before my base stops me.

Right under the head of the penis.

That is enough twist indeed. It does not have to be extreme, just twisted as much as possible. The twist and stretch work to loosen the Tunica. This is important because it loosens up your tunica allowing for greater length and girth gains. Yes, use your LengthMaster for all the stretches. The LM attaches behind the head.
 
Alright appreciate it gentleman. I'm really trying to get consistent here with my length work as that's what I believe I need to gain more from.

You can change where you attach it which is the beauty of the lengthmaster. If you go lower you work more on internal expressive stretching. If you bundle lower down you will find it harder to twist also and more at the base. Also good to get rid of Turkey neck base bundles.

I would also recommend you do at least 5 mins of the __________ stretch each side as intense as you can lower at the base. This is an intense stretch and one that gave me that real deep dull ache.

Using the length master right before a hanging session will be productive.
