I've been following DLD's newbie workout fairly closely now since about June. I seemed to be making some gains but nothing spectacular. Then I read about Bluewhale stretch and I gained about 1" in length in about 6 weeks. I went from about 6 5/8 to about 7 1/2. My girth has increased from 5 1/2 to about 5 3/4 since June. I had been slacking on any workouts over the past week or so due to...well, no excuses, just got lazy. Today I had a day all to myself so I thought I try to incorporate clamping. WOW! This is what I just finished.

200 slow jelqs
20 x 30 secs of Bluewhale strech (my grip is only good for about 30 sec per hand, then I lose the strong strecth)
100 slow jelqs
10 mins of pumping
3 x 5 mins of clamping (I used 4 clamps trying to increase pressure)

I just measured 7 3/4 BPenis EnlargementL and 6" girth! Holly cow, talk about a plateau buster! I'm sure these are temporary. But temporary eventually turns into cemented if you keep working at it, right?

I was only able to keep the clamp pump going for approx 5 min at a time. Then I had to undo them work back up 80-90% erection, then reclamp. How does this sound for my first time clamping and as a routine in general? Any comment greatly appreciated!

Congrats on the gains and the workout :) 1 inch in 6 weeks, is pretty amazing. Did you do them bundled?
 
I'm assuming bundled means twisted? Yes, but I can only get about 180 twist. But I really feel the stretch. I'm really excited about the clamping. Has there been much in the way of length gains from clamping?

Congratulations.

Good thinking and smart approach to Penis Enlargement training you mixed all things up which is very good because you will progress both in lenght and girth at the same time + your dick will be "dead" from combining girth and lenght exercises which is a good thing i always believed in girth+lenght combo at the same time.

Blue, I was totaly wasted after that workout, and it was relatively quick...approx 40 min. Everthing felt tired and sore, but the good kind of sore. Just a quick question, would you recommend kegals after stretching or try to get them in before? It seems like kegals pull you back in after trying to stretch out.

My goal is to get to 8 x 6. Feels like I'm right there. I've never thought about going bigger. But like DLD has said, you get as big as you believe you can get. Now I'm thinking about 9 x 6.5... I'm 6'1" and 250 lbs, I'd like to have a cock that matched my size! LOL I'll keep you posted.

You can never do enough kegels and its impossible to overtrain your PC muscle so do them as much as you like.

I beg to differ when I went all out on my pc muscle it was sore the next day and all I did was 10 sets of 60 second holds. Now I only do 5 sets.
 
Great gains man! Pretty mind blowing stuff huh? Once you see gains like that there's no stopping.
 
The pc muscle needs to be trained like anything else, it takes time to build yourself up. This is the routine that I have built myself up to....

5 sets
5 min. hold/squeeze
1 min. break between sets

I do these 4 or 5 times a week and let me tell you the orgasms you get are unreal!! I have done pc workouts long before I found Penis Enlargement and Ive been Penis Enlargement'ing for about 3 years.

BPenis EnlargementL - 8"
BPSFL - 9 1/2"
MSG - 5"
 
Coppershot, I don't really have an exact set schedule. I get 300 jelq's and 10 x 30 secs of Bluewhale's strecth in almost everyday. Some days I get more of each. I was doing 10 x 25 cranks, but I have backed off on those. I'm not sure how much I was getting out of those and I haven't read much on here lately about how well they work. I haven't had a chance to clamp since Wed (don't do this around the wife). But occassionally I will miss a day or 2 in a row. When I come back, some times I feel extra sensitive, others, I feel like it was a needed rest and get right back to it. I'm still trying to figure all this out also.
