Goddamn the kegel! Whoever thought of kegeling to delay orgasm is pure bull!
It quickens orgasm. It stimulates the same reflex as when your about to shoot your fat-the involuntary kegel. Sure, the kegel is great for strengthening and maintaining a healthy erection and pc muscle and am an avid pc exerciser- but the only way to physically delay orgasm is the reverse kegel, which blocks the ejaculatory mechanism for urination.
Deep breathing and visualistaion also a must.
Another tip- tug down on your balls, as your balls rise up to your body approaching ejaculation.

Yea man, I said fuck kegles a long time ago, about the first time I put on the Ring Of Power which does all my erection strengthening and maintaining a healthy erection for me. Fuck kegels for pre-ejact, I only do them for supra slammers.

Yeah bodybuilder I think you have some interesting point there. I also found reverse Kegel to be good in delaying the orgasm. But sometimes I managed to delay it a little by doing the strong Kegel. I think the good thing would be the combination of both. I just don't want to throw those Kegels because they have some very positive things to offer.

Well with your mighty ROP on you really don't have to do it. So the ROP can be useful for the premature ejaculation also?

I myself like kegels, they have helped me ALOT and aint bullshit.
Visualisation , deep breathing and fast breating at times along with ALOT of discipline mentally are the MAIN things to last longer, but the normal kegel increses the feeling for me, I can hold back with a normal kegel as-well .... I call it the clock, clench hard for 2 secs than release for 2 secs and repeat over and over .... I can last for hours doing this....the Reverse Kegel is also great for lasting longer, I do them when REALLY turned on and slamming the bitches pussy so I cant feel the whole vagina lips against my massive dick head.
But most of it regardless of ROP's and other stuff, is all in the mind ..... tune and make your mind strong towards lasting longer and it'll pay off.

I don't know if it's the kegels or ROP (or both), but when I climaxed last night, I flexed my PC to hold - then release and I almost knocked myself over because I was amazed how far I shot my load lol

KEGELS and REVERSE KEGELS have a very important place in a Penis Enlargement routine. I used to love doing kegels, now...its just a big hassle and I have been unable to hold it very long at all without releasing it, I've tried everything to try and get back into the swing because kegels actually did help me stop from ejac many many times..any suggestions to that?

Based on my BLASTER theory the ligs would receive only minimal stretch as the KEGEL would be taking up the majority of the stretch . When you go into a REVERSE KEGEL the PC musles are totally unflexed allowing the user to give almost 100% of the stretch to the LIGS.
