I'm loving this still. Okay for someone like me who is well experienced with pumping, do you think I can start clamping at the end of my bathmate session? If yes, how should I go about it? Should I just do a 10 minutes clamping session just staying clamped just like the basic video for 10 minutes? I like the advance clamped wall press, it's like SSJ. I will be including clamping into my rountine probably after a month or so. I need the fastest girth gains I can get. But I'm going to be very careful too.

Does the cable clamp break at a certain point of use? I have two yellow cable clamp

Honestly, pumping is a different creature. It pulls mostly on the outside of the penis, whereas clamping forces expansion from the inside. I suggest starting off like a new guy. So, yes short, 10 minute sets with no squeezes, bends, or other exercises.

Cable clamps are unpredictable. They usually break at the locking tooth/release tab.
 
Go to Home Depot, and buy you a clamp there. They're $2...get a medium.....they are the best made, and easiest to use, that I've found yet! I've been using mine for months.....clamping.....clamped squeezes......it's taken a lot of pressure! And I'm not saying I'm a monster.....but 6"+ base girth.......I ain't no little guy....they work good! Just put a piece of silicone on, then clamp away! Just start slow!! And to answer your question.....I put mine on, after the bathmate, and leave it on, good and tight, for about 10-15 min, and then loosen it a click, or so, let a little pressure off, and then tighten a click......and so on, like an adjustable cock ring......for about 30 min to an hour, depending......just pay attention to color, and all that good stuff!

I really want to approach my girth training from a new angle therefore, I will be including using a cable clamp to my routine. I have seen your clamp and its durable from what I see. I'm glad you accept bitcoin as a means of payment. We will see.

THis looks different from what I have. I have the normal yellow cable clamp. I hope it works. No doubt I will need to buy from stillwantsmore just in case.

In those 4months of your regular pumping session you clamped right at the end of your bathmate session. I see, I'm an advocate for 2 girth sessions daily. One in the morning and another one at night. I will be clamping for 10 minutes after the end of my bathmate session. I will clamp starting with a 10 minutes session for the first month which will be a total of 30days. After 30days I will be able to know what is next.

i used a routine based on the principle time under tension and it worked well

I believe you never gained girth from pumping because you weren't increasing the pressure during your pumping set. When using the bathmate, it's highly recommended that you increase pressure maybe every minute. You should always be at max pump pressure during your pumping set (very close to pain as if your penis wants to explode) and make sure you follow the SRT. Also maybe you can increase you pumping duration from 5 minutes to 7 or 8 minutes per pumping set.
