Hello.


I've been doing a simple routine which is the newbie stretching and three sets of 30 second long Mandigo stretches on both sides, and I haven't even been at it, consistently, for a full week and I seem to already have gains.

All my measurements are bone pressed (I plan on heavily reducing my fat pad through improvements in life) and I seem to have erect length gains of .25 inches. Before this "week" (I have been very inconsistent in failing to do the routine twice a day and sometimes I have to reduce it to just one set) my erect length was between 5.75 - barely 6 inches. It now goes from 6 - just under (or even above at erection levels of reaching climax) 6.25 inches. Before the week, both my flaccid and and erect stretches were about 6 - 6.25 inches and now they're both right under 6.75 inches.

My fat pad hurts like a bitch because I kept measuring over and over again to verify my gains. I don't notice anything different in my size unless when I measure. I guess it's an illusion or psychological thing plus the gains are pretty minute to notice with the eye alone.

Another weird thing is that my short term goal of 7 inches no longer seems cool. It seems far lamer than it did before. I was thinking 7 inches would be an insane improvement, but, despite how minute the gains are, it doesn't seem as impressive as it did. Hell, when I look at the difference between my penis and the 8 inch mark, 8 inches no longer seems as menacing as it did before.

Depending on how satisfied I am when I get to 7 inches, I will either stop there or get to 8 inches.

Congratulations and I am going to change that "Gains ?" to "Gains!" as you have made a substantial gain in a very timely fashion. I can relate to measuring over and over and I can tell you it is an obsession, measure once and put the ruler away. I caused my biggest injury in PE by over measuring. One day the ruler slipped (after measuring for 20 minutes) and ripped my frenulum clear off (ouch!). I really hope this continues for you and I think a goal of 7" is great for now but keep your sites on the 8" goal because it looks like 7 is right around the corner.
 
Ive been doing manual stretches an jelqs plus ssj for 2 months as am a newbie. I think my girth might of grew a lil but my length seems the same. Well my question is my flaccid stretches has grown in length but not erect yet , will my bpel follow my flaccid stretch?? I have just introduced v stretches for my tunica as I can see my ligs coming out, if that makes sense. They appear coming more visible anyway (ligs).

Yes, bone-pressed-flaccid-length gains come before bone-pressed-erect-length gains. I would measure yourself properly so you know if you have gained. The worst thing in PE is not measuring and thinking you made gains but not completely sure. If you take solid measurement you will know if you have gained for sure. Here is the proper measurements that should be recorded:

Bone Pressed Erect Length
Penis length is defined as the linear distance along the dorsal side of the erect penis extending from the mons veneris to the tip of the glans. In non-medical terms, the penis length is measured in a straight line on the top side of the erect penis, from the start of your pubic bone to the tip of your penis. Penis circumference is defined as the linear distance around the widest, thickest, part of the erect penis (see below).

1. Stimulate yourself into the erectile state.
2. Place your ruler at the pubic bone, at the base of your erect penis and measure to the tip of your glans.
3. Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis. (In the example shown, the measurement would be 4 and 3/4 (4.75) inches.)

Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch
1. Make sure you are in a completely flaccid state.
2. Place your ruler at the pubic bone on the side of the penis
3. Stretch penis straight out
3. Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis

Non-Bone Pressed Erect Length
1. Stimulate yourself into the erectile state.
2. Place your ruler at the skin on the belly, at the base of your erect penis and measure to the tip of your glans without pushing ruler.
3. Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis.

Flaccid Length
1. Make sure you are in a completely flaccid state.
2. Place your ruler at the skin on the belly, at the base of your flaccid penis and measure to the tip of your glans without pushing ruler.
3. Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis.

Penis length is not the only factor in determining penis size. The width, girth, or fatness, of a penis is also an important aspect when considering how you compare. Yes I have measured ive gain probably 1/4" girth tops. An 1/4-1/2 bpfs. So am hoping for gains soon. Am doing v stretches an upward stretches because I heard u can only gain 1/4" from ligs is that correct? I am also doing ligs stretches as well....

your main gains are i your ligaments only.....thats what i think.....
gains will take time though

Done two months how long before I see length would u say. Ino everyone is different though.

you can try my routine if u want cuz i gained alot very fast .....

10 min-normal stretching in every direction
5 min rotary cranks
5 min - DLD blasters
15 min- stretching in very direction
20-30 min- hanging

currently doing length only but i can tell u for evening girth work also

Thanks will try that. I don't do hanging yet tho an what are dld blasters an rotary cranks??

Yes I do know what happened to Red but I am not at liberty to say. He will be back in about 5-6 years. I miss him so much and I can't wait for his homecoming.

DLD blasters --- well i am not being able to find the link but
its like ur getting ready to give CPR to someone....so u hold ur dick with one hand and put it over your wrist and pull down...the wrist is the resisitence and the pull down is pressure......it kinda forms an 'A'....

rotatry cranks.....basically rotate your dick in clockwise and anti clockwise....stretching every part

When you get to 7, you will want 8, and when you get to 8, you will realize that 9 is the new 8. I love to bottom out women, they feel conquered and I feel satisfied. It's a win win situation for me.
