1. Well over time yeah wearing the JE can a little painful but I normal take it off during my to 15min breaks and hour lunch
2. I work at a help desk / call center so I'm sttting for most of the day, so if someone see anything its on them and I work with all men so I dout there any jock checking.
3. I don't train with the JE on, hell I don't even drive with it on, I will wear it going to sleep however (ppl disagree with such actions)
