Just a quick question. It takes about 6 weeks of almost daily exercise for us to get addicted to the endorphins released during exercise. I've never done 6 weeks of very regular exercise, so I haven't experienced it, but now you're about 12 weeks in, do you feel that you are somewhat addicted to exercise?
