This is my third go at PE.

The first time, I got sick and had to take a break.
The second time, I fell out of routine from my hand strength not being enough and didn't have a lengthmaster.

This time around, I'm not playing games. 3 years of potential gains down the toilet, and I don't plan on allowing a 4th.

My penis is used to 1 min stretching, and as much as I miss doing DLD blasters I'm going to stick to the Newbie Routine. My question is, since I'm not using any equipment to aid in my stretching, and since I only feel behind the cheek + straight downs, would it be pragmatic to train twice per day on the newbie routine? Or would that be overkill/asking for an injury. Again, I can do a full hour of stretching + jelqing without feeling like my dick is about to be ripped off, and apart from the discomfort akin to the feeling of a muscle being worked out, I don't feel actual pain post-stretching.

Cheers for the feedback; 3 days in so far and already increased my temp flaccid stretch from 7.5" BPEL to 7.8"BPEL, and cannot wait for 9" BPEL.
 
The motivation you're having sounds amazing!

Some advice I've read along those lines seem to indicate that if you feel like you're able to handle it, 2-a-days are acceptable. Some members have put in several hours a day into PE. Mileage will vary but if you feel like its too much, you can always scale back. Someone with years under their belt will be able to give you a better recommendation. Keep up your streak tho, and you'll reach your goal before you know it!
 
I believe, to gain as much as possible, as quick as possible......you shouldn't limit yourself, without reason to do so. I would experiment, to see how much you can handle in a days time. Little by little, of course......but, I PE all day every day! Several stretches, off and on thru the day, and several squeezes thru the day.......not to mention the extender in between. It's all about personal preference, schedule, and what an individual can physically handle. I believe DLD, and others, will agree, when I say, that, when a person, finds that point, between their physical limit, and too much......if they can keep that intensity up......those are your biggest gainers! Just go slow, and don't try to find that limit all at once! Use common sense!
 
The only real limitation you would have as a newbie is knowing how far you can push it before you get injured, or before it's counterproductive. I've been doing this long enough that I know exactly how much punishment my dick can take, so I know when I can do another set/routine and when I need to rest. That's something that you wouldn't necessarily know yet, because truly the only way to know for sure is to push it too far.
 
if you want to train twice do it,but a very important thing to keep in mind is listen to your dick (lol) if you feel over-worked,pain or anything, don't do it again, if it feels like a good workout kinda like in the gym,keep at it. be safe and try not to hurt yourself,an injury is not fun,trust me. and also remember, PE is a marathon not a sprint!

I think this is so important for any newbies to understand. You'll still be learning what your limits are so it will always be important to remember that you are in this for the long run. Instant results are not to be expected unless you believe the "penis enlargement" ads that always seem to pop up lol
 
I trained twice a day, sometimes 3-4 times a day on weekends. From the beginning I broke every conventional rule of training but I also gained at rates no one thought possible at the time. I do not think there is any "time limit" that is universal or training pattern that works for every man, much of PE is carved in personal experience and what works best for you. For me 2 times a day was perfect and my gains reflected that.

There are others that have found that minimal training is more productive but this is very rare.

From the master himself. Cheers for the insight! Definitely going to see where 2x/day takes me over the next month. Who knows, maybe I'll be able to fit a third workout in.

Were you able to make gains with the plans you once had in place? I will suggest you do everything possible to become a proud owner of the length master as it will enable you gain length faster.

I've plateaued at 8" BPEL, and looking at my old stats I'm actually extremely disheartened. I think I reached 8" around September of last year, and then I started losing size to the point where I had to decondition for a month or two. Just now getting back into the swing of things; I hate this experimental bullshit, and still wish I had done a better job all those years ago. I wouldn't be dealing with it now, but whatever. Worst case scenario my dick is already extremely large to the majority of women, at least in length.

And tools scare me. I know that I'd push it too hard and fuck my shit up, so I don't even want to mess with a makeshift LM, let alone the real deal.

A LM or Bathmate can really help. They're not as scary as you think. With the LM it's far easier to keep a steady, consistent stretch. It's almost a night and day difference. Plus stretching is easier since you aren't gripping and pulling at the same time.

I notice a huge difference in the intensity of the stretch as well. My first round is without the LM and the next 2 with it.

With or without tools keep at it!

Well, there are some few people who seems scared when it comes to using PE devices. You said you lost some of your gains? Did you loss more than half inch?

I lost about 1/4 of an inch.

Small loss that will return upon training again. Have no worries, gains that were not cemented will come back almost immediately.

Currently I'm just doing the newbie routine to re-condition my penis to PE again. I figure when I get to 1 minute stretches I'll start another routine; I want to take it slower this time and see if that's a better approach. I wouldn't mind a few pointers, though.

Newbie Routine is always the best way to ease back into PE. Once you feel able to create another routine I can help if you need.
