LBathmate: 190 (is between the bf of 10 percent 194 to 12% 189)

Trinaing: My going to start doing more circuit training

Cycling: Dialene and L Glutamine

Penis Enlargement: slightly Pass 7 1/2 but not near 8, longer flaccid as well ( I might need to do more with my hands, I was also thinking getting an Air pump and using it on my hour lunch break at work)

Fat lost until the start of next year, I'll be doing les cradio
