well since i have no job or nothing to do these days, iv been researching and all that

but still have no gains since 3 months not even 1 mm, does this work for only people with rapid cell recovery?

cause it looks like the average length marjority people gain is about 1-2 inches in 2 years

something is not right with what you are doing it seems. you may have some better advice if you clarify what you have done in these 3 months. hopefully we can get you on the right track.

well the first step is to tell us your routine. we'll be able to help from there

What is the work out you are using

Probably over trained his penis or hasn't used enough force/erection quality when doing the movements - example when jelqing have a good hard erection and when stretching use a good hard forceful movement, not a half arsed effort.

jelqing with a full errection? isnt that bad

iv been jelqing alot everyday, but not hardly scretching, iv gain 0.5 inch in flacid but thats abit it

Jelqing works best at 100% erection because you need to have more blood in your penis than you normally do. If you haven't been doing stretches, you can't expect to gain any considerable length increase. Jelqing is mainly a girth exercise with a possible slight increase in length. Look at the DLD newbie routine on here and try that. Also, don't worry about having wasted your time. At least you asked now instead of waiting even longer.

Be careful with erect jelqing. This has a much higher probability of injury, focus on the pressure at all times.

I don't agree with erect jelqing. I think it has a much greater chance of injury and lack of results. You need to be more pliable so that you can stretch tissues.

nope. jelqing at about 80% is best

I personally jelq at around 40-60 percent erection level, anything more and I feel like Im too erect to move blood around.
Although, there is probably a lot of discrepancy about exactly how much erection constitutes a 40 percent, a 60 percent, or an 80 percent erection level. One man's 40 percent could be another man's 80 percent.
I jelq at a good "plump" hang, and stop if my erection gets too stiff to bend without pain or discomfort.
I would suggest doing whatever feels right for you, as long as its not too hard, I find that jelqing provides enough stimulation to provide a decent amount of blood to work with, so being too soft is never really an issue.
This is just my opinion, Id love to hear others weigh in on this issue.

For me, I've never had any injuries and if I'm not between 80% & 100% it doesn't feel like I'm doing anything. Plus, I know DLD jelqs at 100%

Ive heard a lot of mixed reviews about erect jelqing, but basically, if its providing you with results, then by all means, continue to erect jelq!
I just know from reading kingsnake's thread and his research about the tunica that the tunica is like a tire. When it is inflated it is more difficult to deform, but when flaccid it is much more elastic.
Also, and this is just my humble opinion, I wouldnt suggest erect jelqing for someone just starting out, especially if it hasnt resulted in any gains so far.
But again, as I said, if erect jelqing is working for you then keep it up and congrats!
Hell, once I decide to focus on girth Ill probably even try erect jelqing :)

One of the best ways to know if you are getting a good girth session is by how much expansion you get post-training. You should see a .25-.5" increase, if this is happening then your girth routine is solid.

It's interesting how people disagree so much on the jelqing subject. Is it best at 70, 80, 90, or 100? I'm personally doing a bit of everything, usually finishing off my workouts with some tight 100% erect jelq & holds.

At 70% it just doesn't feel very effective for me, but most of my jelqing comes naturally at around 80-90 %, meaning that I don't have to focus on increasing/decreasing bloodflow in between those ranges.

You make a good point, it would make the most sense to use an erect technique and a semi erect technique that would cover all the bases. Maybe 15 minutes erect jelqing followed by 15 minutes semi-erect jelqing.
