Allo, i just wanted to ask some questions. They may seem pretty straight forward but the more i did them and based on the results im getting im a bit confused. First off i was wondering if stretching flaccid will help you with your erect gains and also the other way around (stretching erect can or cannot help flaccid length). i do a LOT and i mean a lot of flaccid stretching going from manual stretching to a LOT of lazy ass stretches. Now i have noticed that my flaccid gains have exploded!! But i cant say the same for my erect gains.

Something a bit off topic, I was wondering if there was any sort relation between flaccid and erect length. About ½ a year ago i noticed my ratio from flaccid to erect was about 1:2. Now my flaccid length is about 5 and ½ inches and errect at about 7.7 which makes a ratio of about 1:1.4!!!

Flaccid strecthes defnitely help erect length, as well as flaccid length. I think it's pretty well established that flaccid length gains come before erect length gains in general, so you're on the right track for erect gains anytime, I'd say.

One practice I've adopted is to jelq my way down to flaccid after masturbation. That is, while I'm just starting to lose my erection, I jelq until I'm soft enough to where jelqing does no good. I can get in about 60-80 jelqs during the comedown, and I have to say it has done wonders for my flaccid length and girth, but moreso girth.
 
Since I seem to be gaining legnth while doing girth training I decided I would take a break from girth excercises and try some manual stretching. When I stretch I usually do it semi-erect to erect. The reason I do this is because I see faster gains and also seem to be gaining temporary girth after excercising.

Who knows, maybe this will aid in my girth journey.
 
egghed, once you have gained a bit in flacid length like you have, it is an indication that erect gains will come, but you should try some erect stretches to turn those flacid gains into erect gains
 
i haaate erect stretches, i feel like they are almost a waste of time or something to do to warm up. But ill do them anyway as usual. Once i hit 8" erect length i may do more heavy duty girth cuz the only thing im pretty much uncomfortable with is my 5" girth :(
 
I dunno bout that. I have seen almost .5 inch erect gain in like a month. I guess it may be different for different people. To me when I stretch erect I pass my normal erect lenght and my penis feels stretched enternally.
 
Damn it. I wish there was a formula for sure gains in length that is for everyone. ALthough it is fun hearing what people have to say about their own experience. I have never done erect stretching before. I mean I have stretched semi erect, but it ain't the same probably. I am going to stick to my newbie routine for another month then try some new stuff out.
 
I want to hear what doublelong has to say about the whole flacid vs errect thing.

I always thought errect steches were baad!
 
I heard they were bad too but once I tried the Tug of War stretches constricted and erect and saw quick gains I found that I could handle them. I am now trying just basic stretching and am noticing slight post girth pump.
 
Man my erect length seems to be stuck at 8.5 inches, I am now hanging to see if I can gain more erect length. My erect girth is slightly getting bigger. But I gotta say my flaccid dick is really hanging way better than ever. I gotta adjust my dick befor I sit down otherwise I'll sit on it, considering I wear boxers. And Just last week I had to take a shit real bad and hurried up and sat down real quick and ended up with my glans in the toliet water! But I really want erect gains. They are the most important to me.

Right now I'm about 6x5 flaccid, on a hot day I'll pass up 6 and hit about 6.5 x 5.25!

Well I started very close to your gaol at 7.5 x 5.5 ebp! So I am lucky to start at that size!
 
just strech in all directions and becaureful when you strech down dont want to dmg your erect penis

Stretching downwards against the suspensory ligament is very effective for me

Makes no difference if you are a newbie or a vet, erect stretches should be a part of every workout because the perform a cementing application that makes gains permanent. With most men there is a gap in their erect bone-pressed length in comparison to their flaccid bone-pressed length and erect stretching helps this gap close. Erect stretching should be done for 5 minutes per day as part of your length routine. You simply get 100% erect and stretch in all directions. A little bit of baby powder will help you get a solid grip.
 
and if baby powder dont wok taoilet paper will guartee work great i whent from baby powder to toilet paper
 
And if toilet paper don't work, play with some electrical tape before you do PE so there's still sticky residue on your fingers. Don't ask why I know this.

Never thought about that. That is a clever thing to do. Another great way to grip is using latex, surgical gloves and if that does not grip enough the LengthMaster is always the best option.
 
surgical gloves failed me aswell baby power - latex gloves-toilet paper but i can only imagine how powerful the lm would be , and the workouts would go by smother as your not using much strength and energy to strech
