I had my first stretching workout the other day!

My warm up/down was done inside the bathtub. This worked great, but I was concerned about my testicles getting really hot. Would you think dipping my unit only inside a hot water cup work the same? Or the ligaments won't get all the warmth needed for stretching?

I did all the newbie stretches once instead of thrice. I just want to condition myself slowly.

After stretching my ligaments felt tired and a bit weird. Is this normal? I haven't exercised for 2 days and the fatigue has gone away. I was also a bit worried that I would have trouble getting an erection but a nice movie and a girl made all insecurities go away.

About keggels, do you thing they should be incorporated during the pe session, or will anytime of the day suffice for doing them?

My measurements are (while sitting down, legs apart) 15 cm nbpel, 16.5 cm bpel, 13cm mid shaft girth, 14 cm base girth, flaccid length is around 9-10cm. My first goal is to reach the 18 cm limit. That's a bit over an inch in gains.

Since I am pretty happy with my girth I am thinking of skipping jelqing. Do you think my erections will be strong enough by doing stretching exercises only?

As long as it is not burning hot you will be fine. A warm shower is a the perfect temperature.

Do them as much as you can...I do them all day when I can remember:)

If you are happy with your girth then you can skip jelqing as a daily exercise. However, I would suggest a jelqing session at least once per week for good penile health.
 
I stretched again the day before yesterday adding one more set of repetitions for each stretch. So now every set was done twice. Thing is, until yesterday there was still soreness (no pain) in the ligaments. Is this normal? Do you think it's ok to exercise again today?
This question is more general. if you still feel sore after yesterday's workout is it ok to go for it daily?
I also haven't had proper morning wood for some time (which could also be psychological and also could be attributed to bad sleep quality). Could stretching be affecting the quality and frequency of my erections?

It can. Kegals+Jelqing and occasional edging can counter-balance this. I also would have suggested a Bathmate at this point but you seem to be happy with your girth, congrats on that btw.

Good job on listening to your fatigue about when and when not to stretch. This should result in progress soon for you, newbie gains are always fun.

I always have worked through the soreness. If there is not "pain" present (sharp, shooting) and it is only soreness (dull ache) work through it.
 
yes, as it has been said by some members, always worked through sleights uncomfortableness. You won't you will gradually get useless this is quite series, and sooner rather than later you'll be able to withstand higher levels of irritation.

If you mean that stretching could be affecting the quality of my erections then I should certainly hope it is not permanent! Still no morning wood (well still bad quality sleep) but I do get erections when I watch some good ����.

BTW, what is edging?

The soreness that stays is mainly on the right and left sides of the base of my penis. Is this ok or does it mean I need to stretch more at the top and bottom?

Don't worry about your testicles, you just don't want them to get too hot.
I had the exact same starting stats and short term goal, if you work consistent you should be there within the next month or two. Good luck!

How hot is too hot? The water temperature I try to achieve is warm towards hot, so I hope I won't get any fertility issues...

On a more positive side, I went to the bathroom to urinate a few hours after today's stretching workout and a waterfall came out like never before. Although I might be getting too excited about this, this is a sign of growth right?

Some of the Signs of initial growth include:
A more vascular look (my veins becoming prominent)
Stretch Marks
Hair appearing on the shaft directly above the base
Longer Flaccid Length


harder urination could be because of a stronger PC muscle or Pelvic Floor Muscles.

However this one is important. After last night's session, I think I might have lost some sensitivity on the top side of my shaft. I do not know why, maybe I gripped too hard when stretching? No morning wood again and my erections (���� provoked with masturbation) are a bit lazy, not at their best. I can reach full erection quality after some time but it just makes me think.

Do you think I might have overdone it? Should I be worried? Any suggestions are most welcome.
 
Don't worry too much, unless you have some date or something and need a quick response from down there ;)

As your routine progresses and a lot of kegels you'll have better EQ, boy I can tell you :D

This is classic fatigue, nothing to worry about and you should definitely work through it.

Thanks. You are probably right as I feel better today. I am unlucky though as I can't go on for a few days to come. My candida came to visit once again... Bummer
