Hi everyone

It's been more than 2 years since I've frequented this forum and now I'm back in the game. :)

I was always frightened to try clamping due to it's first harsh impression I get from everywhere I look but decided, since jelqing just didn't work for me, to give it a shot.

Starting easy, as I think it is advisable, I tried clamping 6/7 clicks of Sea Clamp but faced 2 problems:

1 - 6/7 clamps seemed very, very light (I'm 6" girth at the base) in comparison with the jelq sessions I used to do

2 - It seems virtually impossible keep a boner without masturbating (I'm uncut, so I moved my skin slightly back and forth to encourage engorgement but it didn't seemed enough) and when I clamp, I'm not 100% raging hard and putting the clamp takes away another 10% of the erection.

I tried to achieve a full erection during the session but couldn't get much of it. Should I be 100% raging hard and put the clamp fast ASAP?

Okay buddy and my apologies for such a late response.

I will firstly answer this post and than the PM you sent me incl the routine that you requested.

1) The clamp tends to be something that takes alittle time to master and learn how much one needs in order to have enough blood trapped to work with, than its plain sailing.

Let me expand on the 'clicks'. I used to click with 5-7 clicks or so when I started but now I cant really go past 3 clicks and with one click at the base with a medium clamp I have a nice constriction .. this is no BS and shows how much growth I've had over the years.

You do not need the clamp to be ultra tight ... it just needs to be tight enough so the penis doesnt lose the erection but enough so that blood can get in and out ... your slowing that blood supply off essentially and holding the now increased penis size and placeing massive stress on it with various exercises which in return increase its size.

Play with different amounts of clicking to get it rightm you may need more or less.

2] I'm glad to hear your un-cut, like me so I can give you better advice here. What I do is clamp around my whole package incl the testicles right to the belly ... I use no padding but I uderstand that it can be painful and most use it, I dont because once you get experienced with this you'l gauge from feel on that raw skin how much more pressure you may need, but thats with experience.

Okay than .. so get the clamp on at semi erection or near full if that helps. I do it at that level and not full. Clamp to the amount of clicks desired.

With that done, you should be able to pull your foreskin back & fourth over your glans which is the masturbation and for me feels fucking awesome and is how I masturbate, I never pull my shaft ... so do that and think erotic stuff ... isnt hard for us.

You dont need to wank non-stop ... you will find your rhythem and get it right. As this happens you KEGEL fresh blood in and its this that keep the blood erect and gets more inside ... its mastering this masturbations, clamp tightness and kegeling that makes you a great clamper and equals great results.



Now for the routine you asked for.

I would do a 2 on 1 off with X2 20 minute sessions in one go done twice eachday. I normally say do less but your already experienced at Penis Enlargement and need to get the experience, so use the two sessions for that and after one to two weeks revert to one X2 20 minute sessions once a day.

In the session you will do the standard constrictor which is essentially clamped edgeing but do not cum. You can do that for the first 10 mins of the 20 min set or 5 mins than the next 5 our next exercise and vice versa .. whichever you prefer.

Once that is done do the horse squeezes but the manner in which I do them. To see this simply check out the end of the horse squeezes thread in these forums which incl a picture of the variation I do ... these WILL MAKE YOUR COCK HUGE in time and are the best girth builder imo, the secret to girth! I know that Shane Diesel has done them.

When you have done that you are finished and can warm down. If you like beforehand you may warm up but its your choice .. I would recommend it, being new to clamping as it helps prevent injuries and get circulation going.

Dureing the 20 minutes you keep the clamp on and maintain that erection at as high a percentage as you can, preferrably at 90-100% and remember to utilize the kegels.

You will get it right ... let me know how it goes mate and if u need further advice just ask me.

There's just one last question... I know you've found trouble in the length department [I never clamped, I found trouble in the girth department (0 gains in whatever Penis Enlargement time)]; from your experience, people you knew, talked, saw, etc.: it's a personal, particular difficulty or do you think your huge girth gains may have troubled your length ones?

My length gains are so reliable and steady that I'm starting to see the good side of it... despite the fact that I never REALLY wanted length, I'm now realizing it can be very satisfying and am now affraid that girth gains may take away that steadiness and maybe lock my length at the current stage.

What do you think?

Now to answer your uqestions

1) I think my length problems have been because of either one of these three things or a mixture and they are:

A] I used girth exercises and no real time stretching when I first started Penis Enlargement and gained girth fast with length slower which maybe had me play catch up

B] I never spent the time with length exercises like I did with girth

C] Because of my larger girth growth early on and the very small length gains at the start the penis than had MORE length to grow than it would have and this can be calculated with maths i.e. say I started at 6 x 5 and went to 6 x 5.7 I would have to grow MORE length size for the 6 x 5.7 than the 6 x 5 even though its still 6 inches ... thats because that extra 0.7 inches has placed more demands on the body to compensate if it needs to grow longer > more SURFACE area, more volume, more mass to grow than before and this is something many fail to realise .. that as you grow gains will slow down and it can get harder to gain.

My gut feeling is that its C] which is me and I have been playing catch up from just working girth in the early days. Even ligament growth would need the additional volume, mass and surface area if it were tunicae as the ligaments being stretched arent what makes the penis its end result .. but merely enable it to become longer, you dont have a thin cable ligament penis do you? thats because the ligs stretch and ''meat'' is added as it goes.
 
I see... well then girth, in your opinion, definitely "slow down" length gains.

I always wondered if that metaphor which says that stretching a thin cable is easier than a thick one applied to a penis. I mean, yeah... it makes perfect sense if you bring it to reality (more tissue, etc.), but I wonder if that's just everything that is.

Maybe there are things we are not taking in consideration, I mean... if it's just more time that was needed, then it's not necessarily tougher. I don't think that in this equation more time = more gains (and don't think anybody does, too).

Maybe is the time per stretch or the type of stretch + overall time, I really don't know...

How was the proportion of time (length X girth) you used to do when you began? What exercises you did for length?
 
Damn, another fail. =/

Today I was going to first try this technique of clamping the whole package... and it seemed impossible!

When I was finnaly able to do the clamp and 5 click it, I couldn't hold it for much longer due to twinges (like I was being kicked in the nuts) on the left side... unclicked one... two... I could do o.k. with 3 clicks but I guess that's very light for the cock...

What do you think it's the problem? I have pretty regular sized balls and they hang high (maybe that's the problem?)

This technique was going to be a blast since I'm chubby and whenever I clamped normally I had to heal the clamp with the free hand pushing it down (which was giving me a painful cramp sometimes) to avoid chances of baseball bat...

I'm 6" girth at the base (not behind the balls), what do you think?

Firstly no I dont think girth will slow down length gains. What I think in my situation is that my large girth made it harder for me to see length gains, or better put it slowed me down with length because of more 'tissue' or size a better way to put it, needing to be grown.

Second. Always other stuff to consider like you say such as intensity and time etc because if someone does it light arsed they wont see the gains and rest is also very important. Dont worry too much about it all and over think this stuff, because although we all share the same physiological makeup, we dont all grow the same and see the same changes.

Thirdly the clamping behind the balls [***]. You may have to pull at the skin to makesure the clamp is all the way to the belly as it can be. So when your clamped off, pull the skin after the clamp on the penis side and pull the clamp back and this can help. Also as its a new method it will take to get used to and is the more uncomfortable method to clamp with, many guys cant do it but its the most productive imo and will help with better orgasms in the future because you are creating massive tension when you kegel, which you will feel clamping this way ... also when you later do stretching to increase internal penis size you have slight advantage at already engorgeing some of it from this method .. I can feel mine way back already and its just a case of stretching it out sometime ... harder than it sounds hehe but still.

Let me know how you go on and dont overthing and worry too much about girth and length affecting you, because like I said we adapt to change differently sometimes even though we share the same physiology.
 
Today I tried again, it went better... the pain like I was being kicked in the balls remained (thou lighter) but also I only closed the clamp 3 clicks...

I'm having trouble achieving the best erection I can with this; when I did the other way I could feel the 'engorgement pain' you talk about (I was also able to 7 click) but this way so far my only REAL feeling is this 'kick in the balls' feeling.

When I released the clamp the old way my cock was throbbing hard and this way it's like it was 50% erect...

I really wanna do this since the other way was giving me a cramped hand, troubling my stretching...

Any other thoughts?

Just practice practice. That kick in the balls feeling I can relate to when I started but its not something you want. If you prefer, go back to the old way you were clamping ... around thepenis and not the whole package.

Today I managed to do 2x9 min. (it's not much but I'm improving:)) with very light 'kick in the balls feeling'. :p

It was a good training, I suppose, I mantained a great expansion throughout the entire sets. :)

One question remains... the 5 min (or 10 min) of horse squeezes... are 5 (or 10) min. STRAIGHT of that or like... 5 (or 10) squeezes of 1 min or more, dunno...

Do the horse squeezes for as long as you can hold the squeeze than kegel more blood in and repeat for the 5 or 10 mins. Its not one great bug squeeze but small squeezes for as long you can can hold them with good force .. it may hurt slightly when you squeeze which is normal and the skin expanding.

I've been mastering the clamping behind the balls and don't think can go past 2 clicks (I don't know if it's because I'm chubby :(). With 3 clicks I can't mantain a good expansion and my dick goes really purple. That's bugging me because if I really start growing then I won't have much time to use the clamp since there's just 1 click left. Any ideas?

Also... I felt sort of twinges throughout the day after I clamped, at the sides in the base of my penis if I became erect or just fooled around with it. Is that normal?
