smallguy44 you worry too much.
Follow a reguler consistant and intense routine and you will gain permamnent.
Clamping also helps length, do erect stretches while clamped they really help length.
You mention the girth being smaller, well man you measure ALOT anyhow, so stop doing that cos the penis size will move around alot when its been worked out, and I MENTIONED IN THE GUIDE that your penis will have a hard time getting erect after clamp work.
I cant really advise WHAT TO DO in your routines, call me harsh but I stopped holding hands many many months ago with the fall of pride penis, its upto you WHAT EXERCISES you do and for how many reps and sets, its a personnal thing ... a choice I feel the user MUST decide upon.
Read the guide, I mention alot of advice....most must be overlooked, I did write ALOT...people ask alot of questions already stated in that guide.
Stick to some standard clamps, the squeezes you like and also add in some sorta stretch you can do in the clamp, see the guide cos theirs many such as the erect bends.
Make sure you keep CONSISTANT, and keep the INTENSITY high along with PATIENCE and COMMITMENT.
You WILL see temp gains in the 1st few weeks and months, these WILL become cemented aka permanent ONLY if you keep CONSISTANT, INTENSIFIED, PATIENT and COMMITED....otherwise they will fadeaway back into the wilderness.........and measureing like you do isnt the rightway to go, measure like ONCE per MONTH at the most.
The clamps will work for you, but you gotta have exercises YOU ENJOY and make them work for you in say a short time frame, of 1 hour, 1 hour 30 mins tops with HIGH FUCKIN INTENSITY....break it up if you want, its your choice.....just keep the bold points in mind, cos if you do than you'll gain well with clamp work.
