Can anybody confirm this? Im just curious to know is there any relation between erect streching and girh gains? :)

yes especially if you do erect stretching using a BM. do you have a BM?
 
I dont have it :( but I am working on it to get it asap...
I've done my routine yesterday and started it with erect stretching then moved on slow squashes, today I grabbed my dick and it felt thicker in my hand, so I was bit confused, thats why I posted this thread.

Not really, they may bring a tad of base girth but thats about it. If you want a girth and length exercise I would go with Jacobs choice above.
 
The length routine that i did before gave me girth gains which consistet in alot of upward stretching and when in the sg let it point upwards and also ots hanging

Redzulu said the best stretching was erect! One would think tunica deformation by erect stretching a good segue to expansion by ssj.
I just love fully erect work cuz my dick feels strong during, and I know it can get sore after. My nika I can't wait for the new training protocols
 
Yeah I am doing kegels also, but they are not part of routine, I do them through the day, 50 or 100 two times a.day works well, and does it matter if I strectch first then ssj or it doesnt matter anyway?
 
Idk how do erect stretches feel as ur doing them? I know size blasters feel different from ssj
 
Erect stretches are intense, I have burning feeling when performing but not sharp pain, only problem with these is bad grip, so I have to use both hands with high firm grip, freking intense exercise...
Tkto, can you describe me size blasters in short terms?
 
Damn its such a new technique that all I've read is "a stretch like no other". K bear with me
I snatch the lowest firm ass tourniquet hold, get really expanded before that hand pushes up (uli) these make your dick tighten not unlike ssj.
Only difference is I uli while simultaneously stretching my engoreged head(size blaster). This expands my dick greatly, just without the tightening feeling throughout the shaft.
Note: I've only prodded this blaster since its so intense so the only part getting whooped is my little head ( gets all red as its sooo stretched out, peehole dilates as well)
 
Erect stretching could effect girth in a greater way if you erect stretch with a bundle. Getting a full twist in would be difficult but a slight twist while stretching should help expand the Tunica which will bring gains in girth. Also, the SRT Size Blasters will be a good erect exercise that will effect both length and girth.

YES YES YES! That's exactly what I've done early in the morning today, erect stretch with slight twist, guys I felt such a burning sensation down, it felt good and I was happy, but in the other hand, slow squashes aren't effective for me anymore, I have gained 0.5 INSTANTLY and gains stopped suddenly, is that normal or I have to try harder from now on?
 
As for the SRT Size Blasters, I dont understand how to do them properly, I have tried, without success man, I dig as much as possible at the base and below the glans, pull it all together but without feeling of stretching, is there any hint how to do it?
 
Dld says there's a visual element. You pump iron so u know that imagining the muscle contract as it does makes for better reps.
As for ssj not workin I don't know what to tell u, only try to switch up ur exercises as to distract the tissues( also a bodybuilding tactic)

Are you circumcised or have tight skin?
 
I am uncircumcided and I have normal skin, it ain't tight, why that matters?

With an instant gain of .5" I would say keep doing what is working! That is amazing.
