DLD, I have read that one should be an established Penis Enlargement veteran before attempting erect stretching, as it poses a little risk. Anything to this and why?

Huh? I figured these would exclusively hit the ligs. If the penis is erect and the blood is putting pressure on the tunica walls, I would think it wouldn't be very stretchable. I figured the tunica would be stiff and this would be a sure pull on the ligs, unless you're anchoring at the base not for support, but with an opposing pull like a tug of war. ?:(

In answering the questions posed by kurthungus, DLD said it was a stabilizer. So, it's not opposing the top hand forcefully for any such effect.
 
Just wanted to add my 2c about why flaccid gains precede erect in a lot of people.

I think the ligs (internal) get stretched and are allowed to stretch fully when flaccid, but when the penis gets erect and the CC expands mostly outwards rather than forwards (width-ways instead of length-ways), it restricts the ligs.

Get a loop of string and strecth it from just two ends - then put two fingers inside it and pull the loop apart and you get the idea cos the length will get shorter as you spread the loop.

Get it? Thats my explanation anywayss

Do you guys think lig gains do much for erect length? I've focused mainly on lig stretches and I've gain a lot in flaccid length in the past but no erect length. One more question to Red, Dld or any other vets of the erect stretching. Would it make more sense to do these at the beginning or end of a clamping session?

I do erect stretches while clamped, VERY effective.

I would have to say if you were going to do erect stretches either before or after a clamp session. I would go with before, so you are not fatigued and unable to get it up as easily as you would be after a clamping session.

Was this when you were a newbie or like had you already started gaining before you tried these and gained with them? I'm looking for anything that will break this plateau for me.

you said 10 sets. does that mean 10 for each picture illustration or just 10 total?

10 to a set in 3 directions. If time is an issue you could slit up the sets into smaller ones like l:3 c:3 r:3

Don't make them a huge deal, just get a quick 5 minute set in after length work.
