I have been getting a lot of email about men who have made flaccid gains and wanted to know if there was anything they could do to help covert these gains into erect gains.
First a bit on measuring gains. Penis enlargement gains in most men show up in flaccid bone pressed stretched results before erect bone pressed. Many people have many different opinions on why this happens. I try not to read to much into it. I have found that just continuing my solid workouts have helped convert these gains over about 4-6 weeks at which time I have new flaccid stretched gains and so the cycle continues.
There was a time that I did not have any difference between the 2 measurements. This was when I did erect stretching. Before bed while watching tv (sexy as you wanna be:D) I would stretch for 20-30 minutes.
This is how it works for those who want this info:
Erect Stretching
In a 100% erect state stretch your penis by grabbing it just below the glans and stretching in the direction of your erection to the left. Hold this stretch for approx. 1 minute. If you have lost some of the erection re-stimulate yourself and continue. Again stretching in the direction of your erection to the right, hold for 1 minute. Do 10 Sets.
