I have been getting a lot of email about men who have made flaccid gains and wanted to know if there was anything they could do to help covert these gains into erect gains.

First a bit on measuring gains. Penis enlargement gains in most men show up in flaccid bone pressed stretched results before erect bone pressed. Many people have many different opinions on why this happens. I try not to read to much into it. I have found that just continuing my solid workouts have helped convert these gains over about 4-6 weeks at which time I have new flaccid stretched gains and so the cycle continues.

There was a time that I did not have any difference between the 2 measurements. This was when I did erect stretching. Before bed while watching tv (sexy as you wanna be:D) I would stretch for 20-30 minutes.

This is how it works for those who want this info:

Erect Stretching
In a 100% erect state stretch your penis by grabbing it just below the glans and stretching in the direction of your erection to the left. Hold this stretch for approx. 1 minute. If you have lost some of the erection re-stimulate yourself and continue. Again stretching in the direction of your erection to the right, hold for 1 minute. Do 10 Sets.

I've got about a 7.2" BPFL, and my BPenis EnlargementL is about 6.9" Just curious as to how long it takes for the Erect Length to catch up to the Flaccid?

DLD, in the pic you have your offhand at the base: is this just as a stabilizer or are you pulling in the opposite direction (towards the body) with it while stretching with the other hand? Just wanted to clarify that to be certain; I'd assume it is just there as a stabilizer though. I don't normally do any kind've erect stretching at the moment and rarely do any erect jelqing for that matter, so I wanted to be sure for safety reasons.

If this helps in getting my EBP closer to my flaccid length that would be great. Right now, I'm at 7.25-in EBP yet my flaccid BP is just over 7.75-in. (And yet my damn NBP is only 6.5-in -- aaah! Everyone needs to catch up with Mr Flaccid Stretch -now-, hehe.)

I usually see conversions after 4-6 weeks. As I said, by that time I am already making new flaccid gains.

Thats awesome flaccid length. Didn't know you could have a longer flaccid than erect. Strange, but pretty cool to have that.

They're talking about flaccid stretched bone pressed length. For most, that is longer than their bone pressed erect length.

I have been including these at the end of my girth sets lately. They worked very well for me before and I am hoping that I get similar results now.
 
I too have yet to do these -- now is as good a time as any!
 
I found that the best way to close the gap between FSBP and BPenis EnlargementL is by doing erect stretches.
 
THESE DO WORK, I have been doing the same thing funny enough.
I called them TCS/CTS stretches, check my routine.
This stood for Tunica Constricted Stretches or Constricted tunicae stretches.
I do these CLAMPenis EnlargementD, they kick ass and expand the Extenal Tunicae.

LMFAO!!

I gained quick erect legnth from erect TOW stretches constricted. I stopped doing them however since I gained legnth and not girth. I gained about .25-.38 in 5 weeks.
