i dont mean to make it seem like people should show off. the one thing that will always hold back PE is inconclusiveness in results.
and to the OP...do as much as you can whenever you can since you are time constrained.
 
There's enough people who have proven results that I don't need to haha. I haven't done anything worth taking pictures of.
 
But that serves me no purpose if I don't intend to show my progress. All that matters to me is the after, not the before.
 
Piss pulls can be used in conjunction with the split sets. I have followed a similar protocol for awhile now and have been making steady gains as reported by my partner :). I mix in the double traction stretch in piss pull sets for some added tension and isolated work on the different zones of the penis. I also agree that if time/privacy permits DO the rotary stretch or 30 in each direction. Combine those with a half hour or so a night dedicated to erect work and gains will come, may not be as fast as youd like but this is a marathon not a sprint.

What about doing ONLY 3 sets every single day- no days off ? (one set is: straight down, right behind the butt, left behind the butt)

I doubt whether only 3 sets every day will bring ANY gains in length at all. I know that 7-8 sets do work (because I've tried it) but I haven't tried 3-only yet and I wonder whether doing only 3 is worth the effort.

If your sets hit every single angle instead of just down, then yes you could see growth, especially if you're new.

if that is all you can manage due to time constrictions it is definitely worth the time.

Every angle may hold a gain, being safe is better than sorry in PE.

That would suck. Luckily my hands generally get tired after the same amount of time, so my stretches end up equal.

1.exercise - pulling very hard flaccid penis straight down for +/- 50 seconds;
2.exercise -pulling very hard flaccid penis left behind the butt cheek +/- 50 seconds;
3.exercise - pulling very hard flaccid penis right behind the butt cheek +/- 50 seconds;


1. If each day I do ONLY 3 stretching series (each one series consisting of 3 exercises described above) will I see ANY length gains? What do you think?
2. What is the difference in effectivenes (length gains) between doing 7 series in the row vs doing 7 series but spread out throughout the day (3 series in the morning, 3 series at work and 1 series before going to sleep)?

When you are training length, put time into consideration. Your shortest length session should be 20 minutes. The above routine will work if you do it twice a day. 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes at night time.

Remember to always wrap the penis with a thick elastic bandage or wear a sili sleeve to help the penis stay elongated at all times.

As it should be. Staying elongated is as important as the routine itself for me.
