Before I ask the questions you need to know that my stretching routine consists of the following 3 length exercises --> those 3 exercises make up 1 series:
1.exercise - pulling very hard flaccid penis straight down for +/- 50 seconds;
2.exercise -pulling very hard flaccid penis left behind the butt cheek +/- 50 seconds;
3.exercise - pulling very hard flaccid penis right behind the butt cheek +/- 50 seconds;

1. If each day I do ONLY 3 stretching series (each one series consisting of 3 exercises described above) will I see ANY length gains? What do you think?
2. What is the difference in effectivenes (length gains) between doing 7 series in the row vs doing 7 series but spread out throughout the day (3 series in the morning, 3 series at work and 1 series before going to sleep)?
 
You will see length gains within a few days, especially if you're pulling hard. I know the first time I tested the SRT Program stretches, my erect length was a half-inch longer within 3 days, but I didn't continue it seriously because I was hell-bent on girth and kegels. Now I'm looking for length, so I'm back on SRT stretches and jelq as a starting point. I also tested the effectiveness of supersetting a girth exercise such as clamping right after a few sets of stretches and I had almost an inch extra erect length instantly. It was so overwhelming that it was hard to keep up so my conditioning needs to improve.
 
Also there's probably just a slight difference in effectiveness in your 2nd Q. I would interchange it and do 7 straight sets one day and then 3-3-1 the next day. Just like in tai-chi, master mantak chia likes to interchange between breathing in on a kegel squeeze for a set, then changing to breathing out on a kegel squeeze.

The reason why I want to do 3-3-1 set is because due to my life situation I am not able to do 7 straight sets it takes too much time.
 
What about doing only 3 sets each day ? Is it enough to see any length gains then ?
 
3-3-1 is fine and great starting point. It's also recommended to do rotary cranks after every 3 directions. I also do super-fast helicoptor spins for about a minute after every stretch cycle. DLD also recommends for newbies to use Uncle Jim's Wrap or some ADS after a workout for at least a few hours between breaks.
 
Why do you mean by "fine" - will I see any results with 3-3-1 routine ? and it seems to me that doing 7 straight is more effective than 3-3-1

3 sets of those 3 directions is only putting your feet in the water, but it's a good starting point for practice. Then read the SRT thread in a few days and add the rest of the directions, rotary cranks, kegels, testicle health massage. Whole SRT newbie routine should only take 20 minutes with focus and no distractions. Perfect the grip on your stretches. Then as days go, look to add some intermediate stretches like the A-stretch and bundled stretches. If you don't have time, spend a month doing your routine, next month find 3-4 or so new stretches and do that for a month. Keep testing various exercises, then one day in future you can compile your favorite stretches. Keep researching and testing.
 
I do PE since 2009 so I am not a newbie. I know for a fact that for MY penis 7 straight sets will work dont know about only 3 sets each day dont want to loose time so I decided to ask whether only 3 sets each day will work at all I need just a few millimeters to reach my goals.
 
I prefer to do an hour of stretching during the day, then an hour at night with piss pulls in between.
 
Yes you should see a bit of gains. I tested similar stretches for a week and gained at least 0.2-0.4 in length. But you have to perfect the stretch, not just getting them out of the way. Focused intense perfected stretches or else you won't see real gains.

I agree that it may be true that each penis reacts differently to PE but do not listen this BS that it it possible to gain as much as 0.4 tissue within one week - even more so if somebody has a thick penis...
For my penis it takes 3 months of hard (hour per day) 2 days on 1 day off stretching to gain no more than 0.2 inch. The tissue needs long months to grow. Get real.

That's just reflective of how much work and intensity I put it. 1-2 hours each day for a week with very high intensity and not much PE knowledge at the time, but I didn't continue it because length exercises are uncomfortable for me for the most part so I do mostly girth,and I'm learning now to establish a length routine for the morning, whether I like it or not. I need it to benefit the girth work as well.
 
I stretch 1-2 hours a day too and as intense as I can. Maybe you were just blessed with some malleable penile tissue haha.
 
I've never been able to take good dick pics haha. There was one I posted on here years ago, but I always start to go soft as soon as I try to take pictures or measure. Like it's camera shy lol
 
camera timer...problem solved. oh and u can find $10.00 tripods for all phones nowadays...ebay & amazon
 
I doubt I'll ever care enough to get a tripod haha. At least not until I hit 8" NBPEL
 
gotta do it before u hit 8 for the pics man...then when u hit 8 u take another pic!! otherwise all this penis talk we all do is just talk. i will do my part when i hit my 8 goal with putting up my pics. and i dont mean to seem pushy just hoping to get pic/vid taking more common practice so PE can really advance.
