Honestly I've never tried it, but I hear the prolabs/twinlabs brand is a good daily supplement. It contains I believe maca,ginkgo biloba,tribulus,and other stuff.

That is my attitude too, there is way too much thinking involved with all these various supplementations, it is easier to just take a pill. I do see a better advantage to creating self-supplementation but for many it is too much work.

Well it depends what your body needs, I have some friends that take horny goat weed but they are 50+, if you are a young man and you need boner pills I would re-do your PE routine first

Okay, I will do my length master session right before doing girth work. This is what I will do. I noticed that my heart beat increased ever since I used the viagra. It got me scared.

I don't think a little natural dick pills would hurt my training though. The benefit is more noticeable for guys 30+ I agree.

Horny goat weed is totally safe I was just generalizing that young guys with good diet won't need it

Just like a person with a healthy appetite doesn't need to take a multivitamin. They already consume all the nutrients they need.

I heard that multi-vitamins really do nothing for us. I will try to find the study but it was pretty negative concerning MV's.

I will like to see the study. I know a lot of people who take multi-vitamins thinking they are doing themselves some sort of good deed.

You are right. If we get the multivitamin tested they never have all the elements mentioned in them. I believe Titan is good for you make them for the brotherhood. Damm yombhie I am allergic to it so cannot take it. I had purchased one bottle and gave me result but the first one and half hour was little difficult for me.

We understand this and in the new formula it was dropped from the ingredient list. I really hope to see the new pills released soon. We have been working on them for a year and a half now, I am a bit inpatient.
