I am sure clamper's will find a version for them selves. I would think a normal clamp for the first version and a large one for version 2.

Yes, when the legs are crossed it forces and holds blood in the penis area so this goes to help with expansion.

Be sure to pull as much penis up through your legs after they are crossed so you can encapsulate as much penis as possible. You may even have to dig down to reach the base through your legs if you have muscular thighs.
