DLD's Cross Legged Jelq 1 & 2: Adding Presure to the Slow Squash Jelg

Variation One:
With a full erection grip at your extreme base and trap the blood in your dick. Take the other hand, as if you were going to do a slow squash jelq and place it at the top of your dick. While pressing up with the lower hand and pushing down with the other, take a deep breath, and cross your leg over the upper hand. Now you have a boost in blood flow, squeeze your legs together at the point of your penis and you will feel the blood surge into your penis. Continue pushing hands together while using the pressure of your legs to increase over all intensity. I was able to go for a long time, maybe 3 minutes before taking a break If you are able to go three minutes then do 10 sets.

Variation Two:
With a full erection grab your entire package, ball included (this will make your penis look short but it is necessary for the pressure.) This version is much more intense than the first version. Again, grip the package and be sure you trap as much blood in your dick as possible. Take the other hand, as if you were going to do a slow squash jelq and place it at the top of your dick. While pressing up with the lower hand and pushing down with the other, take a deep breath, and cross your leg over the upper hand. Now you have a boost in blood flow, squeeze your legs together at the point of your penis and you will feel the blood surge into your penis. Continue pushing hands together while using the pressure of your legs to increase over all intensity (this is a simple flex with your legs, you will understand when you do it). Again, I was able to go for a long time, maybe 3 minutes before taking a break If you are able to go three minutes then do 10 sets. Recalculate time and reps to work best for you.

I am sure clamper's will find a version for them selves. I would think a normal clamp for the first version and a large one for version 2.

Wow....you did it again...Im going to impliment this into my new routine. I really needed something else besides my stretching, clamping, and jelqing.

It is total insanity, I was bugging out when I came up with it quite by accident. Just trying to keep my erection up I became kind of lazy and crossed my legs and low and behold this increased the pressure big time. When I started flexing my legs I was astonished by the surge of blood that filled my cock. These new exercises, as I stated earlier, are part of the Alpha Blade penis section. I have many others that I came up with over this year but I wanted to give everyone a taste of the truly intense exercises based on simple body physics.

I noticed a similar reaction when clamping...I sit back (actually scooting back in my chair, with my upper body hunched over) or cross my legs and I get rock hard...it is crazy.

Question for DLD:

Is the whole point of the cross leg is to squeeze your testicles to give it that extra pump?

Once I get an illustration up you will understand better. Just check out the Slow Squash Jelq and this will answer many questions.

SLOW SQUASH JELQS as EXPLAINED BY ALLOY:

DLD: "It is by far the best girth exercise ever...a 30 minute session gets me over .75" of temp. girth..."

Step #1 : Visualization, Daily Goal
DLD: "Here is another tip I use... When I start I look at my penis girth and my wrist making a visual comparison... My initial goal is to get my girth as big as my wrist... THAT IS MY ONLY GOAL... once I am there, as sili and impossible as this sounds, I look at my ankle and try to get to that thickness... It, of course, does not happen but the visualization is incredible..."

Step #2 : Creating the Mood. Get Sexy
DLD: "I treat my session like masturbation ... is I pop in a really good �naked people movies� and get myself 100% erect... Girth NEEDS to be highly sexual ..."

Approach the exercise as sexually as possible. As odd as it sounds, breathing and making a little noise like you are having sex makes the whole experience sexier. Anything else that gets you going and makes you feel sexy could be in line (thrusting hips, etc.) Make it enjoyable, like masturbation. Work your way up to a 100% erection.

Step #3 : Squeezing at the Base
DLD: "once I am there [100% erect] I will clamp off at the extreme base after I kegel as much blood in as I can... I squeeze my head to release that much blood out of my penis. I want about that much room to work with... I then have my shaft really hard and the glans is empty."

Right - Uli, but once there squeeze all the blood from the head. DLD : "don't worry about the head losing size... because my glans is gaining size."

Step #4 : Performing the SSJ
DLD: "I will jelq up maybe an inch... Then I take my other hand, using the palm, and push down against the other hand... it is like the hand below is trying to jelq up while the upper hand is squashing the head and upper shaft against it... I will bend, squash, compress, push in all possible directions... I do this until I am at like maybe 80% erect... About 2 minutes... Then I will get myself hard again and repeat, switching hands..."

I think this is where the confusion started. When doing the jelq part, move the clamped hand up around an inch or so, and begin the compression with the other hand. Then, if it increases pressure, slide the clamped hand up the shaft *slightly* for the remainder of the ~2 minutes.

Yes, this is similar to Iso Comp Squeezes and Horsies, but you are using your palm/palm grip to compress, twist, bend, etc. until you get down to an 80% erection. Refer to the sexy step to be sure you are in the right mind state during the exercise.

DLD : "NO COUNTING... Remember, this is sexual... No counting... Not work, so treat it like masturbation."

This is truely incredible! I just did a set of clampled horses along with the use of the leg and the expansion was unbelievable. At first I didnt get much expansion but as soon as I applied pressure with my inner thigh it was crazy. Ive never gotten this thick while clamping, this is how im going to clamp from now on LMAO Thanks DLD!

That's it, I am so happy someone got it:) Hopefully more guys will take advantage of these exercises, the girth potential is insane.
 
Pardon my ignornce?:( But is it possible to have a full erection and still bend your penis like that?:( Ive never tried it but that looks like it would hurt?:(
 
I've been doing these this whole time...It really is a crazy workout, sometimes I get better expansion with these then with clamping.

I agree, I do it with 75% erection. Is it suppose to hurt a little bit when you push your penis down, then jelq.

I'm trying to figure out how the cross legs work? Is it suppose to tighten up the testicles, if so then I get it.

When I cross my legs, after trapping the blood in my penis, it causes a huge influx of blood. This is very good for expansion as the more blood your penis can hold, the bigger it will become to accommodate the increase of blood.
