Intersting question and I would like to add to it and maybe get an answer from Bib or one of the other people that support the LOT theory. When I BUNDLE myself for a stretch my LOT goes from 6:00 to 10:00. Now I know this has been asked before but since there has been much time for research I would like to know if this temporary change would benefit from LIG stretching?
 
Hmm, maybe do a high angle stretch to raise your lot, then on the next rep switch it to a low angle. This could be interesting.

DLD, the whole bundle issue is super. Flaccid or erect, I believe you get stretch from bundles. You have to, because you are pulling against yourself. When you twist, you are stetching itself. I am constantly talking about the "wire" or something similiar down the shaft. I am told it is the tunica, but recently in a post with BIB we talked about it being the septum of the tunica. This septum is a very tough fibrous bundle of something. If we can break down this septum, then we can stetch the tunica. The tunica itself, the "tube" is easy to stetch, I think, but we can't because that tunica which is the top of the tunica, as I understand, won't give. So, how, do we stretch this tunica?

I think that bundled stetches both flaccid and erect are awesome. Yes, they should be done when we are in good shape. They are intense. But you posted recently that the Penis is a very, very versitile and adaptive organ. Yes, it is and we can really give it a lot of work. I do think it is more that we need to know what to do and do right than a danger of hurting it. I have been at this for many years and I don't think there is too much that I can do to my schlong that would surprise it. I often get discoloration but seldom bruise. The blood spots on the glans that appear when we really apply presure, go away in a day or two. Same is true when we really put pressure on the schlong in bundles, you will get discoloration that will disappear in a day or two.

I am wanting answers to stretching that "wire" septum that is part of the tunica. GS

I had a few questions about Bundled stretches and instead of starting a whole new thread, I figured this would be the best one to add it to. Here goes......

1) I know Bundled streches target the tunica BUT since the force of my stretch is being applied along the whole length of my penis, wouldn't a Bundled stretch also apply stress to the ligs at the same time as the tunica?
2) If Bundled stretches also stress the ligs, would it make any difference to do Bundled stretches to multiple angles (i.e. Up, Down, Straight-out and BTC) so as to hit the ligs at the same time, or would just doing Bundled stretches in a single direction suffice?
 
I've also noticed that the bundled stretches FAR EXCEED the possible tension possible over traditional stretches. (yay! corkscrew leverage effect!)

With normal stretching I'm having the hardest time keeping a good grip on the head while pulling even though I measure 6x6 erect. My dick always seems to slip out of my grip even though I've got a crusher's grip. But with bundle stretching, it's so much easier. I just really gotta watch for too much glans tension to avoid bursting capilaries.

This is brilliant.

I'm gonna toss traditional stretches for bundle stretches because they weren't working for me anyhow.

Blasters are a great way to intensify a length routine without having to add a ton of reps. I usually knock out 5-10 reps at any given session at different angles, and it's usually a very efficient use of time. I'm a big fan and have seen some really solid gains because of bundled blasters.

It will hit both but it is a ligament exercise predominantly. Bundled it will hit the tunica heavier.
