Just read this so i hopped in the shower tried these and i must have got 6 or 7 lig pops in about 25 mins of doing them. They are very powerful!
I'll do a proper session in a little while so i can fully test them out.
I also just bundled every stretch i currently do for about 2 seconds each to try and see how comfortable it was. The only question i have is, should i twist one way and then twist the other just to even it out or does it not matter?
I'm a bit reluctant to try bundled footlongs, i think that could pull my unit clean off!
