Step 1. You gotta work on the piece of dick outside the body, take it from the head and the base to stretch in opposite directions.
Step 2. Now you gotta make use of that illusive inner dick section, seize it by digging into the fat pad to grab and stretch it as in step 1.

You get it? You've got this piece of cock your stretching both ways then arrrgg grab a little bit of inner dick, and now you have more piece of cock to stretch both ways yes that is clear?
 
You doesn't seem to do anything wrong,you're doing the exercise corectly..you should feel a really powerfull stretch...maybe someone can do a video with this exercise.

Brand new exercise coming out is that a permanent exercise,like the SSJ the kind of exercises that we can perform throughout the years ? I haven't tried the exercise but sounds painful Does the skin gets too stretched?:(

Funny when you are stretching and you find a position, one you never have hit before for what ever reason and you create a new stretch. This stretch, for me, left me sore as a newbie after only 15 minutes of doing them. I believe that they not only address expressive gains (bringing internal penis out) but also bring a stretch to the shaft and ligamental that really is like a tug a war with your grips.

The Exercise
In a flaccid state, using the standard OK grip (forefinger and thumb) reach deep into the base of the penis until you have reached the furthest point you can with this grip. Taking the other hand, using the same OK grip, grab just below the head. Now as you push your base grip deep into the body, pull with the other hand outward, so as bringing resistance to the lower hand. You will feel the potential in this stretch immediately. After only 15 minutes I was sore and was expressing much more flaccid length. The difference in this stretch than others that use similar grips is the fact you are pushing deep into the body with your grip as the opposite hand is bringing much force to the shaft, ligaments, tunica(if stretched in an upward position) but mainly, internal penis being brought forward, exposed and stretched. With each session more penis will be exposed from inside the body while what already is out of the body is being elongated, creating duel gains, expressive and external.

We will have a video for this soon. I have described it to the best of my ability. Please ask any questions for better understanding.

@Darkmoon here is the exercise. I think this is the horse squeeze you were talking about? I want to do this exercise and see how it feels after a 20 mins session of it. This is something that cannot be done with a length master.
