I just included erect double strech in my routine. Trying things while being erect is one thing I learned here at MOS. Other PE sites may consider it's almost forbidden ("no erect jelq at more than 80% erect" to prevent injuries, etc). Now that I'm conditioned, I try to push things forward, but always staying below the "red alert limit" to prevent injuries. As we all know, it is better to lower a regular exercise intensity and stay safe, rather than overdoing things too long and being forced to stop PE for one week after pushing too far a bad exercise.
Also, I recommend to try erect stretches of the lower part of internal penis. It takes some time to know how to grab but for me, expressing the internal penis is huge, as I saw real flaccid gains while including that in my routine. Another thing I learned thanks to your site, DLD
