I just included erect double strech in my routine. Trying things while being erect is one thing I learned here at MOS. Other PE sites may consider it's almost forbidden ("no erect jelq at more than 80% erect" to prevent injuries, etc). Now that I'm conditioned, I try to push things forward, but always staying below the "red alert limit" to prevent injuries. As we all know, it is better to lower a regular exercise intensity and stay safe, rather than overdoing things too long and being forced to stop PE for one week after pushing too far a bad exercise.

Also, I recommend to try erect stretches of the lower part of internal penis. It takes some time to know how to grab but for me, expressing the internal penis is huge, as I saw real flaccid gains while including that in my routine. Another thing I learned thanks to your site, DLD ;)

You could be surprise how hard is to injury your penis..everyone is thinking you can break it as easy as a stick...Idk why are they so scared..

SizeBlasters are great in many ways. They train length, girth, endurance and expressiveness.

What if we grip the very base using the middle finger and the thumb behind the scrotum and stretch up or, down while stretching to the opposite direction using another grip behind the glans. I just tried it and loved the pull deep inside)
 
I personally don't ever mess around with behind the balls those structures are more delicate.

yes you are right, but I placed an standard ok grip behind the scrotum using the middle finger and the thumb and another standard ok grip behind the glans and then pushed the base grip down while pulling the dick up using the gland grip and felt the 'good pain'.
 
Good pain in your anus? One time I had a fucked up pinching pain in my anus, but that was from my vacuum pump. Are you talking about pain in the ligs or the underside of the tunica?

I guess you can do it that way if you like just be careful your grip doesn't slip off that you snap off your nuts<:(

Dude, I grip behind the scrotum following a manner as the space between the thumb and index finger stays and pushes into the fat pad and the internal penis becomes exposed and then I stretch as we do v- stretch and I feel the good pain on the underside of the dick way up to the anus) I feel like I have 3 inches or more tucked in inside which I am trying to expose)
 
That burn/warmth sensation on the underside of the dick? Yea that's a good pain, about the anus pain idk though I don't want any sensations near my butthole.>:(, anything else is sensational!:)
