i can understand my friend) actually it was a weird feeling for me as well. The pain is not exactly localized in the anus but in the area between the anus and the scrotum and felt like my dick is attached to the butt hole)))))

Keep it up the good work you will gain that inch..i just started a new personal length routine for like 1 week and i already saw a 0.25 in length.Consistency is the key.LMAO
 
The lower OK grip goes to the pubic bone, not behind the balls. The upper hand is just below the head and the stretch is done by each hand going against each other.

I just found it easy to dig into the pubic bone if I grip behind the ball sack and then push the base grip down while pulling the dick up using the grip behind the glans)

That would definitely be a good stretch but it should be named something else to avoid confusion. Maybe BTB Duel Stretch?

This stretch, for me, left me sore as a newbie after only 15 minutes of doing them. I believe that they not only address expressive gains (bringing internal penis out) but also bring a stretch to the shaft and ligamental that really is like a tug a war with your grips.

The Exercise

In a flaccid state, using the standard OK grip (forefinger and thumb) reach deep into the base of the penis until you have reached the furthest point you can with this grip. Taking the other hand, using the same OK grip, grab just below the head. Now as you push your base deep into the body, pull with the other hand outward, so as bringing resistance to the lower hand. You will feel the potential in this stretch immediately. After only 15 minutes I was sore and was expressing much more flaccid length. The difference in this stretch than others that use similar grips is the fact you are pushing deep into the body with your grip as the opposite hand is bringing much force to the shaft, ligaments, tunica(if stretched in an upward position) but mainly, internal penis being brought forward, exposed and stretched. With each session more penis will be exposed from inside the body while what already is out of the body is being elongated, creating duel gains, expressive and external.

We will have a video for this soon. I have described it to the best of my ability. Please ask any questions for better understanding.

Great stretch and addition to any routine... In reading this thread it seems some people are confused - I think you should call this the DLD Tug O War Stretch that helps to explain the stretch or the PP stretch, as in Push and Pull.

Now that I got that out of the way, I did this in the middle of my SG routine today and when I strapped back in to the SG, I realized you can MOD this stretch with the SG. Pretty easily... To do it wrap like you normally would, enter the SG like you normally would, now that your in the SG, do an OK grip with the lesser of your two dominant hands and then stretch as far as you can in the SG, using the heel of your hand that currently has the OK grip and using the part of the SG you strap into as a fulcrum in other words (pushing your the heel of your hand into the part of the SG you strap into and pulling using the OK grip at the same time). The part of the SG you enter will push into your body and there is no need to okay grip at the base because the SG will do this, so this gives you a second hand - your dominant hand to double okay grip and pull even more.

Is this stretch a flaccid version of the DLD size blasters? I want to figure out how to do the size blasters. I read the thread, and that's what I'm getting from it.
 
I haven't seen any videos for any demonstrations regarding stretching on this website. If there are I haven't found them and I don't know where to look. I'll try and take a gander because I need help with this stretch.

All videos at this point are on the MOS Members Site. We did have many public videos but the guy who shot them took them down in hopes of creating his own website, which failed. So we hope other members will take advantage of our video server and start creating videos. We will be doing a lot of videos in the next months also.
 
I am having some troubles getting any feeling like i'm performing a stretch. I can't seem to pull the stretch towards my body no matter how I put my hand against the base. I push in as hard as I can but I'm just pushing into my pubic bone and exerting all the force I can accomplish with my arm but its like just pushing it against a wall. I must be doing something wrong but I've experimented with both grips and even used the opposite hand to stretch towards my face as well as straight out but I can't seem to get any real feeling of stretching anything other then just a normal straight out stretch. Thanks for your help.
