Excellent stretch Boys! This is a keeper and will make its way into the SRT routine.
 
I still haven't tried it because I always forget. I hope tomorrow will be different.
 
So my primary hand is gripping behin glands and pull out

My secondary hand is ok gripping the base as deep as possible and doing what?

Base hand is pushing into the body &#128076; <---- behind the glans hand is pulling away from the body----> &#128076;

and base hand is gripping just as hard? or just pushing into the fat pad as hard as possible?
 
I already do that :D I think there are so many ways to stretch our tools its so funny and nearly impossible to explain all ways ...

I just grip at the very base and push into the fatpad

I've just been keeping my base grip fairly loose while pushing into my body and when i feel like I've reached my maximum stretch with the other hand i tighten the base grip and push harder into my body again so it's like I'm stretching really hard in opposite directions. Idk, maybe that's wrong but that's what I've been doing, guess we'll have to wait on the inventor to weigh in on this, DLD?
 
I don't understand the stretch, we need videos on this forum for all stretches. Do I pull outward with my hand near the head and then pull towards my body with my hand on the base?

Using 2 hands..with hand 1 you grip at the base of the penis and push inside the body..you push back..just don't push forward like you do with normal streches..and with hand 2 you grip behind the head and stretch forward like a normal stretch..this is what i've undersood and this is the way i've done it and it's pretty sick.

You're explaining it very badly to me, sorry. What does push inside the body mean, does that mean "Stretching or pulling towards the body?". Sorry there needs to be a clearer statement. Also a video :)

I adjust my grip for 30 seconds or so until I get the perfect grip at the base, then I stretch hard out while digging into the base for more internal penis. It's pretty simple but you get a great stretch and my flaccid is heavy from this and bathmate
 
You basically take your external penis to stretch it with two opposite-pulling hands.
At the same time you push your arms forward to own the internal penis.

When you have acquired the internal penis in step two secure it by digging in the base grip.

I tried this stretch, but I'm probably doing something wrong. I only feel a skin stretch basically. A painful skin stretch from the skin on the bottom of the shaft. Possibly because I have turkey neck? (which I am working on correcting)

The base grip is tight and constantly pushing deeper into the body as the upper hand is pulling outward..both grips should be tight. Another incredible thing I tried last night is doing these erect, WOW! Intensity big time!
 
This double stretch is cool, I find flaccid version is easy to do and I guess it will be effective for long term progression. I see some immediate effects on flaccid length, but for let's say one minute, a very short term gain (this stretch is a must-do for showers at the swimming pool lol).

I just included erect double strech in my routine. Trying things while being erect is one thing I learned here at MOS. Other PE sites may consider it's almost forbidden ("no erect jelq at more than 80% erect" to prevent injuries, etc). Now that I'm conditioned, I try to push things forward, but always staying below the "red alert limit" to prevent injuries. As we all know, it is better to lower a regular exercise intensity and stay safe, rather than overdoing things too long and being forced to stop PE for one week after pushing too far a bad exercise.

Also, I recommend to try erect stretches of the lower part of internal penis. It takes some time to know how to grab but for me, expressing the internal penis is huge, as I saw real flaccid gains while including that in my routine. Another thing I learned thanks to your site, DLD ;)
