Well ive been thinking and I wanna ask you guys when do you think the best time for pe is? We all know about
srt and
srt makes the most sense, but in order for you to stay in an extended state you would use either
ujw or an
extender right. But then when your asleep is when your body naturally repairs itself making it the best time for cementing gains right. Question is how do you utilize
srt during all of the hours of sleep when your body is repairing itself because u cant use either methods of extension/elongation while asleep. Wouldn't
srt be maximized if you could do it while you sleep?
