Ever try Valarian root? It's all natural and makes me sleep like a baby. Even better with melatonin

ya i had a friend who loved that stuff. didn't do much for me. i had success with sublingual melatonin when i was in college. now ill take nyquil if i need to fall asleep ASAP

I have been wearing a sleeve while I sleep for roughly 6 months with no negatives. Its not a tight sleeve, very comfortable and easy to sleep in. No negatives when I get erect during the night or in the morning. Since I am a side sleeper the sleeve alone has enough weight to where I feel longer in the morning. I also wear the sleeve all through the day as well except when doing actual PE.
My flaccid length has dramatically changed and my erect length is progressing also. Highly recommend adding it in. The sleeves are inexpensive, easy to use and they dont cut off circulation.

where do you get your sleeves from? do they need replacing often? i hear they tear after a month or so

Yeah, I have tried everything. What I take now is 400 mg of Serequel and 1 mg of Klonopin. I may try to reduce this now that the weather is getting cooler to 200 mg of Serequel and 1/2 mg of Klonopin and eventually get off this stuff completely. In the past 4 months I have reduced it from 1200 mg of Serequel and 3 mg of Klonopin because I was a zombie the whole day. I went through terrible withdrawals to reduce but happy I did it. I miss the times when I could sleep on my own but these medications start to make you feel like you need them and after 20 years of medication it is hard to get off.

I bought them from autoxsleeve. I have worn it for 6 months and its still going. It does start to wear thin or softer over time which I actually like as it makes it even more comfortable. I just bought the replacement sleeves and got a soft and a soft thick.

Wondering what would be a good substitute for the material used with sleeves that would last a lifetime, this would be a great addition to the ADS/ANS we are creating.

Yeah, maybe a thick spandex would be better, gotta really figure this out because I want our ADS to be the best on the market.
