Alright guys so basically my EQ sucks. I can't get a full rock hard boner and never wake up with a morning wood that hurts because its so hard like I used to before starting Penis Enlargement. I am 20, workout, good health and not depressed or stressed. I have a feeling my intense routine, even though it profited me gains, caused my low EQ. Basically everyday I stretch manually all throughout the day and wear my SG 8-12 hours on the highest point of stretch possible while taking it off 30 min. each set to stretch. I also do Bathmate X40 pump for 2 ten minute sessions with clamping and SSJ in between. This is done everyday no breaks. I don't turtle and I DO kegel. I sometimes wake up semi-erect. I am really discouraged that I cannot get a full erection and mantain it. It is very frustrating. I am taking 2-3 days off of Penis Enlargement and think it is a time to change my routine. I probably will only pump one set and do one set of clamping and do only 4 hours of SG a day with one hour of high tension and 30 min of stretching. The rest of the day will be a rest and kegel sesh. Mabye I will go 5 on 2 off as well. Do you think my EQ can improve guys???? I feel broken lol. I can get fully hard clamped while edging but can't while just masturbating. My diet is good as well. Love natural food.....

It's hard to say what your problem might be.
If I was to have a wild guess I would say it was veinous leakage, basically when blood flow back to your body about near equals flow into your penis.
So all you achieve is a soft on.
The usual cause of this is low testosterone, but as you are only 20 years of age, low testosterone is probably not the cause.
Anyway if my wild guess is right, I say your veinous leakage would be caused by over training, So try taking 2 weeks off.
From Penis Enlargement and sex.
Your body should heal and your testosterone levels should also increase.
If that does not work you should probably look into some supplements.
 
Same problem here, though my workout is far less extensive and may be not as intensive as yours. If you want to assure yourself of having no permanent issues (which I highly doubt, but just to keep your calm, lift your spirit and to be able to start anew in a recuperated state, so you can ensure the ameliorative measures taken are working), then abandon all Penis Enlargement for a few days and see what happens. Depending on the stress level you've put on your erectile tissue the recovering time will vary.
 
Thanks guys! So a couple days or two weeks? I was able to achieve a nice 90% last night for a couple minutes while edging and taking the day off but no morning wood today. Ill try a couple more days off. I just don't want to lose gains......
 
You will know how long it will has taken time when you get to 100% again. Simple as that. But I'd be careful with the edging though since it is also a stress factor (likewise excessive kegeling in my experience if your pc muscle is overworked. But that's another story). If you want to accelerate recovery you should really give your penis some rest time. I know how hard it is to relinquish Penis Enlargementing but I don't think that a few days will set you back significantly. I myself am struggling right now to find a reasonable middle way.

No way that's gonna happen after one week. I took 3 months of because of an injury and didn't lose all my gains (and that were only 0,25" back then).
 
Your dick is probably just fatigued man. That routine is intense as fuck. If I clamp very often, especially while using Bathmate, I definitely notice a reduction in EQ. Usually goes away after a day or two. I hate taking days off but I equate it to lifting, if you're going to beat the shit out of your dick then you need to let the little guy recover a bit, especially with your routine i'd probably have 1-2 days of just light stretching. I'm sure you'll be fine and I doubt you'll lose any gains that weren't temporary

Take off as many days as it takes for you to regain morning redwood, LOL.

Meanwhile continue diet, exercise, suppliments.

Get ROP if you don't yet have one, to stimulate test and bloodflow.

Add l-citrulline and other EQ focused suppliments.

And after the rest break, maybe adjust from clamping to kegels and RKs to help your PC train to maintain your EQ naturally instead of with devices... over time.

The long term goal is to have a long thick cock with awesome EQ and ejaculation control to fuck as long as we want... with no tools on during sex. So training the PC's to maintain eq is a must by then.

Dlds answer to most problems is: stretch thru it.

I think if you have a woman to pleasure and EQ is causing issues there, maybe rest to address it while cycling in more EQ focused routines.
If no woman to please, who cares? Switch to length work more while the EQ for girth ain't happening anyway...

Which I'm sure is what Dld meant.
 
I would just avoid intense girth work like clamping for a little. That is what usually causes my low EQ if I get it.
 
So, how is it hanging (or rising again, hopefully)? I'm curious.
 
Everyone is different redwood, i can only say what has worked for me. I am getting bordeline painful nocturnal erections now. so hard, i wouldnt dare ssj them. i towel raise them til i cant anymore then i jelq for a while....but i digress.

What i am doing to get better hard-ons at 33 than when i was 16:
* I gradually worked my way up to no less than 15 minute straight jelqs every single morning (sometimes I do an extra session in the evening)
* during the day I kegel. I alternate every other day with them. I shoot for no less than 1000 kegels a day. day one i will do quick 1 second kegels....the next day i do anywhere from 5-40 second holds. (5 second holds mean i do 200 of them to get my 1000)
* between dinner and bedtime i take l-citruline and twice as much arginine as citruline. (to be honest, I think the jelq/kegel routine is 99.9% of it)

So that's what worked for me. To be honest boss, i would drop everything and just do this. But that's my opinion.....any gains mean nothing if you cant use it and it effects your happiness or relationships. A cock the size of a pringles can that's as soft as jello isnt impressing anyone.

Thanks a lot! What's a low impact routine that won't damage my eq including the SG and Bathmate?

Using the AG and bathmate together is over kill in my opinion. You need less efforts to ae gains. I will suggest you switch over to doing bundled stretches. This is another way to gain penis length as well. Bundled stretches will alo help with some girth gains.
