So does Penis Enlargement work better with erected penis stretching or flaccid stretching?

When I do the pc muscle flexes, is it better to do it with erected dick or just flaccid dick?

DOES MASTURBATION HAVE NEGATIVE EFFECT ON Penis Enlargement IN ANY WAY?

PLEASE ANSWER ALL THOSE THREE QUESTIONS IN HONEST ANSWER SO THAT I COULD RESTART PHASE ONE FOR SUCCESS.
 
Ok...I am no expert and by no means do I know more about pe than some of the people on this board...but I will try to answer your questions.

I think personally and from some experience, that stretching while flaccid is better. You can stretch at more intense angles while flaccid, and can stretch the ligs and tunica better while flaccid. There are more exercises it seems for flaccid state stretches. You also can hang while flaccid...it just seems that being flaccid and stretching is more versatile and worth while...I do not know much about erect stretching so I cannot go there.

As for the kegel. I don't think it matters if you are erect while doing this or not...remember what you are doing...you are exercising the PC muscle, not really the penis. If you do kegel while erect, you will notice a rush of blood engorging the glands....this is useful in certain exercises when needed. However, kegeling can be done erect or flaccid...I think its more for preference.

As for masturbation having a negative effect on pe....when you say Penis Enlargement that is very broad....do you mean jelqing, stretching, hanging, clamping, ect? I think that if you do a routine, nice and intense and masturbate at the end and ejaculate (I am assuming you mean ejaculating by saying masturbation) you will be ok. I think though after you do this, you do some quick jelqs and stretches to keep the penis from constricting from the orgasm....When you have an orgasm, hundreds of movements in the penis (muscles or nerves?) shake in a vibrating movement causing intense satisfaction (orgasm). I can conclude that this would cause the penis to constrict afterwords from fatigue...This being said, you wouldn't want the penis in this state, but always in a stretched and enlarged state....

If this is true... then it will happen anytime and everytime you orgasm. That said, it is irrevelent. The penis constricts and expands many time in a given day due to stress, fatigue, and temperature. It does not affect the results of your Penis Enlargement routine.

Our Penis Enlargement efforts are directed at the ligs and tunica which are both very inelastic tissues. what causes gains is the slow expansion of these tissues thru constant stress and fatigue, an orgasm isn't going to undo any expansion of said tissues.
 
Here's my view on it:

1) Stretch flaccid but with a little blood in the glans to help grip.
2) Doesn't matter.
3) Don't ejaculate two hours prior, or after, a Penis Enlargement session. Don't ejaculate two hours before because it is then difficult to get a full erection for the session and don't ejaculate after because you lose the 'pump' from a session. All that said, I only ejaculate on my days off (every 4 days) but I edge whilst doing girth work every day.

Ah I understand then...I guess the masturbation thing leads to fatigue more so. But when we pe we work more then just the ligs and tunica right? Don't we also expand the corpra cavernosa with blood? It seems the three things here are Ligs, Tunica, and Corpora cavernosa
 
The CC is an extremely elastic tissue, it doesn't take much to expand it. In fact it's growth is limited by the tunica. The limiting factors in Penis Enlargement are the ligs and tunica. Everything else is gravy...
 
Erect stretching = ouch.

The reason why we stretch is to coax the ligs into growing, you need a lot of force to do this. If you are erect, you will not get the same force on your dick and will not be hitting the ligs correctly. Stretching when erect has the possibility of ripping the corpus spongiosum and the two CC chambers, you are also putting too much stress on the major arteries like this.

My advice is to steer clear of erect stretching and to focus on semi erect squeezes :D
 
from personal experiendce

1. flacid stretching is much better
2. kegels hard or soft is good. i just do them soft
3. the less you masterbate the better.
 
Kegels are better when erect if you are new and can't find your pc muscle - you will notice your dick "jump" when you do them correctly. When you get more experienced, you want to try to do them with less blood in your dick (soft) so that you can become better at distinguishing the PC muscle :)
 
You can also easily find your PC muscle while flaccid by stopping the flow of urine when you take a leak. In fact i prefer this method as it teaches you reverse kegel by pushing and forcing your urine to come out faster.
