Inspiration, no. Fool, sometimes. :)
Girth for me has been easy, length has been very hard. Lots of stretching and hanging to get it over 18months.

Ecstacy, well, I am not sure, but she is happy. My goal is to be as big as her biggest toy. I bought it for her a year ago for fun. We don't use it much, but when she is really arrosed, I sometimes pull it out. It's 9"long and 6.7" in girth. She took the it in for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Only the first 4" or so, but it gave me motivation to get THICKER! Girth has become my focus, big time.

Keep up the hard work and you'll expand before you know it.
 
Hey Red, what pump did you buy? I remember when you were talking about starting pumping and clamping. How is that going?

Maybe the LE work and or bodybuilding took priority? I know he was into both full time.
 
Just found this old thread.

I've been doing 2 - 3 clamping sessions. I try to build the intensity / duration on each one. These are followed by a pumping session, or two. I complete the routine with a final double clamp session. It can be pretty intense and I need to keep on eye on things to avoid FR but the routine has been really good to me.

I noticed that most were pumping and then clamping. I've tried that a few times but I just feel like I'm getting a better workout with the pumping in the middle of the routine.

Anyone else have any experience mixing the two?
 
I do not clamp but I do know that supersetting exercises produces the fastest gains.

I had no idea that I was "supersetting" but I like the sound of it and I've been pleased with the results.
Any thoughts on how to best add length work into my girth routine or should I keep it apples and oranges?

Apples - Oranges:)

I keep the two very separate. My length routine is still based on supersets as well my girth but I do them at different times.

Pumping then clamping.........................................................that's it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
