Cock ring working

I have seen the horse shoe but it confused me, how does it hold blood with the gap in the ring?

The dip is supposed to put pressure on the dorsal vein to keep more blood in. It's also adjustable. I sized mine so I can wear it around the package or just on the shaft. Haven't had a chance to try it though. Just got it. I'll keep you posted. The website is myhardwear, if you're curious.

Found a brand of CR called Oxballs. They are a pretty thick silicone. I have not used them yet. Looks promising though.
