Hey guys.

So, my dick got injured and its nearly all healed. I have not done my girth workout for about a month now.

I am aware that when I get back to it I will have to take it easy as my penis will need re conditioning.

My question is, if my penis flesh has lost its Penis Enlargement'd toughness, does that mean that I can reap the benefit from newbie gains again, which is usually where the most productive and fast gains occur?
As in, if my dick is left alone for long enough, the flesh will become unworked and "soft" again like a newbies.
Due to stopping for the injury, my dick has lost about 2mm of the girth I had gained.

So yeah. I'm thinking that long breaks from Penis Enlargement could un-condition the penis and, when we start Penis Enlargementing again, allow us to gain like we are newbies.

Thoughts?
 
A break does help yes and I've been lucky enough to have this happen to me several times over the last decade doing this.
 
I personally felt the a long drawn out break to let the penis gets backs to its just normal routine of just hanging, pissing, and getting erect without any workout whatsover then shocking him back into extreme torture is what I accredit my gains in the past month and a half to
 
Thats interesting. When i began p.e i didnt notice any gains until after i took a long break and then jumped back into it. I started at 6" nbpel and now im 6.75 nbpel 7bp
 
Hey DLD do you think this is the best way to gain? Ive been goin hardcore after seeing my gains. Should i take a break and see if anymore gains come forth?
 
Well im not exactly sure. I gave it a good 5 months and didnt see any noticeable gains when i started. I then got lazy and took like a month or two off. Then i started again and a week after i saw my dick was noticeably bigger. I had gained a half inch and then another quater inch. Ever since ive been hanging religiously
 
Wow...great gains...had 2 be exciting....how quickly did u gain that .5 inch after you started back up after your 2 month hiatus?

Im not really sure. Ive never been the one to measure often. But it was like a week or two after i jumpstarted my routine again
 
a change is always necessary when stagnations set in. For me, the first strategy is a short break followed by the Newbie Routine...always gets things popping off again.
 
Hey DLD, when you say a short break, how long are we talkin? also, I wanted to know if I want to reap the benefits that Pe'ers get after they take a break, can I rest from everything except for kegels? or should I stop doing kegels also. I wanted to take a break because I think although I gained maybe .25-.30 initials gains with the extender, I think my gains came from my penis being shocked, but I think I still injured my penis. I personally had teenage erections and could catch a boner without even trying to catch one many times. If I had the slightest thought of a woman in my head or even if I was around a girl I could catch an erection. the ease of catching an erection from 1-10 was 11 for me lol. I mean really, catching an erection was extremely easy and many times unwanted. But out of a strong want to get bigger I strapped on the extender and took a lil pain from having an erection for a few seconds to a minute while be strapped in the extender with a noose until my erection subsided once I got my mind off the fact that I was wearing an extender. (I now know that was very dangerous for blood circulation but I guess I was just too zealous for gains from this whole Penis Enlargement thing at the time) So although my erections did eventually get better, (but not back to how they were) I believe I gained some (0.25-.30) from shocking my penis but I think thats where the gains stopped because of injury. I then couldnt AND even now dont catch erections as easily as I did (although probably easier than some others) so im actually able to do the newbie strecthes and have been for about 3 months now but I havent gained anything, and Im thinking its due to the penis injury that I think has occured. I believe what would have been best for me is the DLD hardcore Bathmate stretches since I already had a great natural erection and believe I could have done the exercises without ���� watching or anything because as long as I had my attention on my penis my boner would never go away before I started this Penis Enlargementing. I believe that wouldve been the best thing for me but I knew nothing about the Bathmate at the time :( ...So now im thinking maybe I need a hiatus and to do whatever and anything I can (massages w/rubbing oils, pills, etc) to get my penis health back to where it was or at least in a good condition without actually exercising it (as in tugging/strecthes/pulling/squeezing) Then maybe I can get my erections back to where they were or at least pretty close and then just focus and use the Bathmate strecthes for some length gains. Im jus looking to gain maybe between 1-2 inches and I thinking the Bathmate strecthes could do that for me even if it takes a year or two as long as my penis is back healthy and Im seeing gains Ill be content. So do you think if I took a break and then afterwards started back up in the Bathmate that I could get some nice gains? Also, if I should take the break, should I take pills, massage and kegel alongside w/the break or should I take a break and not do anything including massages, pills, and or kegels during the break and then after some time of leaving the penis alone, start back up doing kegels, taking the pills (that I already have) massaging myself, and doing the Bathmate strecthes. Any feedback from someone knowledgable will do. No disrespect to anyone on here because Ill listen to anyone willing to give advice, but I do hope that DLD, RED, my homie iRSprow, and maybe even Dickleaker chimes in Thanks eveyone in advance.
