Sorry if the heading is offensive to the proponents of the jelq LMAO but I was thinking about the best stuff to do for girth. It seems that the main idea is to expand the cells in the shaft and the cc to their limit, and then some. Some are broken in the process, or at least stretched quite a bit, so that eventually they can expand even more next time, take in more blood.

Now, the first Penis Enlargement exercise I ever heard of was the jelq. By trapping blood and sliding it up the shaft, it forces the expansion of those cells. What I was wondering, however, as I have been using the much more time-efficient, cleaner, and less tiring constriction exercises, is whether jelqing is just an inefficient way to achieve the same thing. Constriction exercises (hell, even just constricting with a 100+% erection for a long time) trap blood like an extended Uli. As long as there's something good to watch, that erection can be maintained for 30 minutes or however long is necessary, whereas with jelqs, you have to keep it on the verge of an erection (what is it, 70-80%?) for a long time, which is frustrating.

So my question, playing devil's advocate here, is why a Penis Enlargementer should keep doing jelqs and why they are better than 1) constriction 2) ulis 3) constriction exercises such as bends and ATS rollers. I really would like to hear a sound argument, because I want to do what is best for girth growth. Thanks.
 
Jelqs work great for some and are bad for others. Dld claims to have gained 2 inches from stretching and jelqing. Some, like me, don't see great gains from wet jelqing, nor do I feel engorged by the end of the session. Though you do need the jelq as a newbie for the initial conditioning. When i was doing 300 jelqs, i got a thrombosed vein ! So jelqs might not be the best advanced exercise, but they do have their place in Penis Enlargement.
 
I believe wet jelqing was a big thing for me back when I first started. When I started doing dry jelqs I didn't see as good of a workout, but maybe it's just me. A lot of people have said that dry jelqs are much better for girth whereas wet jelqs are more focused on length and evening out the shaft.

Personally, I believe jelqs are one of the biggest helpers in getting better bloodflow and overall better penile health. I don't believe that they're anywhere near the girth gaining ability of constrictors though, at least not for me.

I have thougth the same thing lately.

I very rarely jelq now, maybe once a week or twice a week for short sessions. I do it mainly for penis health, not really for girth.
 
I would not call it obsolete, but definitely not the most efficient Penis Enlargement exercise available. Jelquing is very good for warming up the penis, and especially for conditioning the penis when a man first starts Penis Enlargement. I have found in the past, that warming up with a few minutes of moderate intensity jelqing is about the best way to warm up, and prevent potential injury during intense girth sessions.

If you got a thrombosed vein from jelqing, you were jelqing too tight. It's kind of like "guns do not kill, people do."
 
Jelqing is the backbone of Penis Enlargement and alot of the exercises you see around have been simply built upon the jelq process, how it works.
A normal ordinary jelq is NOT Obsolete, doing them reguler will help with penile health such as circulation, growth and health.
But as you get more advanced into Penis Enlargement, you ditch the jelq [well the normal one] cos you do horses, and ulis, constricters etc etc etc but they are ALL made upon a jelq, its that concept of trapping blood into the penis and than moving it forwards towards the head, thus increasing size in the internal chambers of the penis.
The Jelq is the grandfather of Penis Enlargement, and its deffinately not obsolete .... its all around you in Penis Enlargement, just in more advanced various forms.
 
Listen up, Jelqing is Penis Enlargement. Do not sleep on this technique. I have reached my final goal in length at 9.0 inches none bone pressed. It took 3 years to get to this point. I know that Jelqing was the key as well as the advanced jelq routines. Straight up. I was shooting for 10 inches but something happened that changed my thinking. I recently had sex with this older woman. It was good as "paradise". She told me that my dick looked like it was 10 inches long or longer. So I was like, really. Women's perception of what is big is much different than how we feel. I am only pushing for girth now.

I will always perform jelqing though because it would surely be nice to get to DLD size one day.

Jelqing definitely has a place and a purpose in Penis Enlargement. I can't quit those babies... but I have been known to put them down for a little while.

The whole ritual of the jelq... it totally seems like it should work... seeing what it does to your dick after a workout... but those post jelq gains never really stuck as good as Uli gains.

I always go back to jelqing every couple of months, just to feel it. I'm on too good of a roll now with other methods to put jelqing back into rotation at the moment.

Other than that, it's great for warming up and for circulation. Plus it feels good. All those strokes, ya know? Ulies are so non sexual, but they get the job done for me.

I have gained more length than girth from jelqing.
When going for length I jelq at a lower erction level than for girth.
 
i think jelqs work great, and for the most part its all i do and i got great results, but if u do them exclusively i think youd end up with a baseball bat.
 
Jelqs have been proven time and time again on their own to work very well for length and girth of the penis.
It goes back to tribes around the world, which some here ignorantly still think is BS .. I myself have freinds who have done Jelqing for many many years and have roots in these tribal countries, so it cant be BS.
It does work on its own, wet jelqing; but at least 30-45 mins aday must be put in.
The jelqs must be done at HIGH erection non stop for that time, so viagra or an alternative would be needed ... even a clamp.
This would be done for 7 days with 2 days taken off after each 4 weeks ''One month''.
After 2-6 years of reguler use men have dicks in the 9X7 region.
The Jelq, is VERY under-rated with all the new BS exercises that are out now, and get hardly any the same attention it does ... if you break ALL or at least MOST of the Penis Enlargement exercises up, into how they work and are executed, you will see that the jelq is the backbone ... the horses and Ulis are just working of the Jelq idea, just like my constricters ... they are working of the Jelq idea and so too are many other erect exercises if not all apart from some length stretching ones.

Jelq = Backbone of the Penis Enlargement world.
It was the main exercise I used, and really helped me out in the early days.
 
All my gains were built on jelqing. However I have a theory that everybody has an inch or so of length to release in an untrained penis, and maybe my jelqing was just my method of releasing it. After that it gets 10 times harder and people naturally move onto more advanced methods.
