Sorry if the heading is offensive to the proponents of the jelq but I was thinking about the best stuff to do for girth. It seems that the main idea is to expand the cells in the shaft and the cc to their limit, and then some. Some are broken in the process, or at least stretched quite a bit, so that eventually they can expand even more next time, take in more blood.
Now, the first Penis Enlargement exercise I ever heard of was the jelq. By trapping blood and sliding it up the shaft, it forces the expansion of those cells. What I was wondering, however, as I have been using the much more time-efficient, cleaner, and less tiring constriction exercises, is whether jelqing is just an inefficient way to achieve the same thing. Constriction exercises (hell, even just constricting with a 100+% erection for a long time) trap blood like an extended Uli. As long as there's something good to watch, that erection can be maintained for 30 minutes or however long is necessary, whereas with jelqs, you have to keep it on the verge of an erection (what is it, 70-80%?) for a long time, which is frustrating.
So my question, playing devil's advocate here, is why a Penis Enlargementer should keep doing jelqs and why they are better than 1) constriction 2) ulis 3) constriction exercises such as bends and ATS rollers. I really would like to hear a sound argument, because I want to do what is best for girth growth. Thanks.
