guys this has been my routine...

10 mins- basic all direction stretches including behind the cheeks
5 mins- rotary cranks
5 mins - DLD blasters
10 mins- again basic strecthes

then all day i keep getting into the SG ...atleast spending 6-9 hours in it......
then i ace wrap at night...

is still do get erections at night sometimes....
if turtling is a sign of overdoing then even little pe will make your penis turtle,,,,,woudnt it ??

how to know if i am overdoing ????

i also thought of using PF now at light tension when i take off the SG.....should i ?? or should i reduce my SG usage ??
 
The stretching part is perfect but you use SG way too much imo... up to 9 hours,that's too much..reduce the SG usage to 4-5 hours a day i'd say,it should be enough...i use it for 2-3 hours at high tension for stretching and then i use it for another 2 hours at low tension for healing...You're literally doing PE almost non-stop which is not good...that could be a reason why your penis is turtling.

Yea but pogzee seems to turtle after a long SG session...the longer you wear it , to more and faster will you gain..but for some men 9 hours a day it's too much..

Or if you want to wear it for a long time,you should try to wear it at a light tension...see if that's helping you.
 
Are you seeing gains? I would actually suggest to do more manual stretching and incorporate jelqing, ulis, and edging.

But if worn at moderate tension I don't see the harm in using the sg or pf for 6-8 hours a day if you have the time.

well i can see a huge difference in flaccid hang for sometime when i remove my SG........
i havent been doing any girth work at all.......focusing on length and SG......
 
this is the way i use SG.....
i have used 2 big rods in the SG....
now when i put it inside the SG i have to COMPLETELY stretch my penis to strap it on......its the most i can stretch manually....then i start unscrewing till like half way after my manual routine and then less then half for rest of the day and sometimes i dont unscrew at all.....

Well you have the idea down great, adding little by little either through adding bars or increasing screw set tension. Some men become too comfortable with a set up and growth will not continue unless you add resistance. I like the .25" bars because they are easily added over time and the distance of needed growth can be adjusted with the base set screws. Little by little but it will produce the gains you want.
 
Devices can simplify PE but would be great if he spends 2 hours using his hand only n he will see the difference..

Jelqing isn't just for girth. It's great for length as well. It's just a good all-around exercise for a healthy dick. I think it's the oldest form of pe.

i will begin length and girth routine today,......evening for girth.....i am waiting to figure out this method to fix bend in a bathmate......guys a little advice here would be great....idea figured by DLD then templnite figured the setup .....need a a little advice there...

You know what always gave me a full faccid? Expressive stretching.
Just place your grip as close to the fat pad as possible, as you express virgin dick you also engorge the top of the shaft so its like a jelq/stretch, and it leaves you nice and full after.
 
Always do expressive stretching daily, don't joke with it at all.

The latest idea with curvature correction and the BathMate is using a stress ball cut in half and places at the point of bend during the session. No one has tried this yet but it does sound feasible and possibly effective. Basically the ball is cut in half to create this shape D and the bend goes against the curve while the flat edge goes against the pump wall.
 
How much force do you guys use when you're doing expressive stretches?I always feel like i'm going to rip my dick off if when im doing this type of stretches..
 
Well you remember its virgin dick? You want to be careful with the intensity or you will strain a ligament which is gonna hurt alot.
Try to reach that warmth/burning sensation in your tissues, and hover at that intensity.

yup but only thing i am worried is how to get it in the bathmate ???
i though of cutting it in half and putting one above the bend area and one below the bend area.....

You will have to test it first so we know if it works.
