This is a great way to gain length not only by stretching the ligament but since there is a semi erection you will also be stretching the Tunica.

I've never bought into the whole harder=girth notion personally. A jelq is fundamentally an upward motion and as such i'd expect vertical elongation of the tunicia providing length (in addition to girth as the tunicia expands in all directions) whilst the Slow Squash Jelq provides horizontal elongation.

I'd say that full erection jelqing delivers both more length and girth simply because it's at a greater intensity.
