I am now a month in the Penis Enlargement program without even a mm in gain and in the video it says that after a month in the first phase i should move on to the next one. I don't want to move on until i get at least 1 cm in length and 0.25-50 in girth. From next week i am gonna start going to the gym couse i am a really skinny guy and i heard that weight lifting can help in penis growth, someone know if this is true and if it is please say something :)

Have you taken a BPFL (bone-pressed, flaccid length) measurement and compared with starting stats? For many guys gains show up in BPFL. If Phase 1 does not bring gains you can opt for a more intense routine but I would like to know if the BPFL measurement changed first. If it has your erect gains will soon follow, if not, you may need a more intense routine.

Weight lifting will definitely contribute to your penis size gains through the increase of blood flow. I also think it adds to Penis Enlargement in the psychological sense because you are in a state of becoming a better man and this state of being will spill off into your penis enlargement training.
 
BTW i forgot to mention that i am not doing the testical health massage couse i found a lump on one of them. Is this affecting the gaining much ?

You found a lump? This is important, have you had this looked at? Testicle Health Routine is meant to serve 2 functions, as stated in the Phase 1 philosophy, first to loosen the area between the base of the penis and the scrotum by stretching in opposition, this will allow the penis to hang longer and eliminate turtle-like flaccid. Next, it is meant to find early warning signs for any inconsistency in the normal nature of your scrotum. If a lump is found you need to go to the doctor as soon as possible and get this looked at. Without seeing it I am advising in the normal protocol.
 
It is funny that I posted a thread just like this one and I've been through a similar situation when I trained manual exercises for 2 months with no gains. That was back in 2011.
I left Penis Enlargement then came back less than 1 month ago. I also bought myself Bathmate recently and now I am much more dedicated than ever.
I'm facing a similar situation when my erect length is almost the same (actually I think that since December 18th I've gained .1") but back in 2011 I never thought about the flaccid length! It is VERY clear that it has increased OVER .3" in 3 weeks training. (feels good!). But now I am wondering how long and how much it is going to reflect on Erect Length.
Jovan, dont give up man! Just be patient to do the Newbie training, forget about numbers, all you need now is get used to stretch it and jelq it everyday for the next 3 months and see that it really works, but requires patience! Penis Enlargement is much more mental than you think. If you have the mental strength to stick with consistent training there is no way it wont work.

By the way DLD i was asking if you can get gains with the gym only without MoS. Couse i am always asking my self this how can 9/10 guys have an average size penis while that 1 left has a small one, becouse he is weak still not a man. We are all born with a small penis someone gets his growing from genes someone ( my opinion) does some hard work like you said becoming a better man gaining muscle and with that growing in the penis as well. I don't want a big penis i just want that average sized one i only need like 1.5 to 2 inches in gain. I think the gym will help me couse i am a skinny and weak. So do you know if the gym will help me or i should do only MoS

The gym will not increase penis size, sorry my man. It will make you healthier and that contributes to penile health but to actually gain size you need to specifically train for that. You would not do bicep curls and expect your chest to grow.
 
If gratuitous amounts of bicep curls grew your dick, I'm pretty sure the average penis size of the American male would be around 75''. However, you will get a testerone release from REAL exercises like squats and deadlifts (but that's neither here nor there when it's comes to growin' your cock, as far as I know.)

With fat loss alone a man can gain penis size doing nothing else. To a typical, overweight guy about 2 inches of dick is just waiting to be exposed simply by dropping the weight. When Penis Enlargement is combined and the efforts are consistent and combined, the gain can be miraculous!
 
I took a month off of Penis Enlargement and i am planning to get back on it full time. Do i have to repeat the first phase( from which i didn't get any gains) or just move on to phase 2?

One month is too short of a time to expect gains. You need to go hard now. Get a device like the length master. You will gain faster if you can use a device.

Gains come in spurts. Keep trying hard and the gains will come. Have you tried measuring flaccid stretched bone pressed? You should see gains there
