Not massively healthy but i need cheap and chips are fillers.

Decided to drops chips and yougurt actually (Chips are not in keeping with my health plan and Yougurt is poor value for money compared to what i have replaced it with)..

One word, Crossfit.
 
I did crossfit for a time and hated the attitude the owner had. He was used to training IT shlubs who'd never been athletes and were couch potatoey. When I first started I was not in the greatest of shape but having been in shape before I knew that if I overdid it in the beginning I wouldn't stick with it. I got mouth from him once and gave him mouth back in front of everyone. That Alpha master stuff just doesn't work on me. It calmed him down though. I came back two more times but didn't like the cultishness of the whole thing.

I don't think all crossfit gyms are like this though and I absolutely do believe it's the best way to get in overall shape fast.
 
Now that i have money spare i don't have to eat the bare minimum and so have expanded..

Tuna in Sunflower Oil
Sweetcorn
Peas
Carrots
Mushroom
Onion
Cereal
Milk
Wholemeal Bread
Banana
Pear
Melon
Strawberry
Cherries

Breakfast - Cereal and Milk

Lunch - Tuna Sanwiches (onion and mushroom with it)

Dinner - Cod in Butter Sauce/Fresh Fish with Sweetcorn/Peas/Carrots/Onion/Mushroom

Snack - Banana/Pear/Melon/Strawberry/Cherry

Should get me in the 2100-2600 range and provide plenty of vitamins.

Broccoli, cauliflower, spinach...?
Two kinds of veggies are fantastic for a human; 1. cruciferous, and 2. anything with big green leaves.

Are peas not cruciferous?
 
Drop the corn, bread and cereal and get brown rice. That's a very cheap carb
